I was there to buy my face cream. I was confused which brand to buy . One of the staff named (khanah L), she was really good in hospitality. Really admired the service, she provided to us . I was amazed.

This new three hour delivery is fantastic. I didn't have time to pop down to the chemist and ordered some stuff last night. It turned up, hand delivered to the door, by 10am.
They always have stock of their product inventory and the pricing can't be beat.

Unquestionably the best Chemist Warehouse in Canberra. Staff are attentive in all aspects of the business. Everyone including security are friendly and approachable.

If specialised medication is required the staff go above and beyond to make it easy for the customer to get it ASAP.

Customer service here was great. Staff friendly and helpful despite being very busy, in particular the pharmacist who helped me with my doctor's prescription error came up with a good solution quickly and professionally.

Can not thank the chemist lady enough for helping Mum sort out some antivirals for Dad on Christmas Eve, she went above and beyond, calling the doctor in QLD to get the script faxed over and letting us know when it arrived. Many thanks!

We love going to chemist warehouse for our medications but also our vitamins and first aid supplies. As a family of five we need many different types of medical, vitamin, first aid needs and with the low prices this is our place for us. I would recommend shopping here is you need any of the above, always our choice.

Been here more than 20 times and everything went smoothly everytime, the staff was very nice, they even helped find the products I needed without me having to go up and ask them for help in the first place.

Great staff, good stock levels, wheelchair accessible aisles, layout slightly different to any other chemist warehouse in Canberra so takes a little longer to find stock.
