Michael’s a nice guy, but he’s successful enough that he doesn’t need your business. Or at least, that’s the overwhelming impression I was left with when we parted ways (he ended the relationship after I queried one of his firm’s invoices).

Based on my experience, if you’re starting a new business, I wouldn’t recommend—unless that is, cash flow is of no concern to you and you just need reliable compliance advice (and to be fair, I think Michael knows his stuff).
