Good accountants

$250 bucks to basically do nothing. All the tax information had already been uploaded to the ATO and I had already figured out all my deductibles. They basically clicked submit and thats it. Should have just seen my friends accountant who only charges $110.

They couldn´t care less about helping me with my tax return and trying to get them to answer my emails was pretty much impossible. I was really happy after the first meeting and everything went down hill from there.

Had my tax done here a few years ago. They incorrectly entered in my PAYG tax withheld amount (I thought numbers were what accountants were good at?!) I now have a bill from the ATO as I have to pay back the difference between the 2 amounts (how could I possibly have gotten the difference between the 2 amounts all back in tax?) H & R said, 'Sorry, but we can't help you'. Will definitely never get my tax done at any H & R block firm in the future. So incompetent.
