Baby Bunting Castle Towers

I purchased most items from Castle Tower Baby Bunting. I believe the main reason was how Tannaz, one of staff, helped me. She was amazing and very helpful. She had great information about all products,was very patient, and very kind. She helped me a lot to find my way through choosing the right products for my baby, as I did not have any info in this regard.

I was served by Sue, very lovely lady. She helped us find the appropriate car seat. She thoroughly explained the differences between them. Brilliant woman!

My husband and I had a very positive experience buying 3 car seats today. Tanaz went above and beyond explaining and showing us the differences between the brands and models, and really simplified our decision making. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and we will definitely be buying any future baby related items from Baby Bunting Castle Hill after having average experiences at other Baby Bunting stores.

Staff could not of been more helpful with purchase of pram and capsule. It's all very confusing they explained the differences and made our decision easy. Also was very helpful with price matching. Definitely worth a visit for larger complex items such as prams and travel systems. Thanks

Tanaz was excellent. After visiting a few stores feeling lost, Tanaz found the perfect baby seats for our cars and advice on all the million questions me and my wife had about what to buy. Thank you!

We were browsing car seats and prams for our newborn due later this year as new parents. We had great experience with Jason in this baby bunting store. He is very knowledgeable, patient and logical thinking. He introduced us different brands of car seats and prams and clearly stated the pros and cons of products in a structured way. We decided to pre-order car seat on the spot and would come back for pram later on. I would give this store 5 star because of his excellent service! We also suggest him to have a youtube channel to introduce baby bunting products for new parents to save his time also because of his excellent product demonstration skill and he is an asset to this store, also to baby bunting company.

I am not a person who does this often- put up Google reviews. This time, I was kinda compelled to do so. What an amazing experience on the eve of Christmas at this store- Baby Bunting at Castle Tower. Yes- the store was not that busy when we entered but still we thought about the way we were greeted and served by the person- yes, she is the reason why I am putting this review up. Sarah, is the sales/store person who helped us today- was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable, approachable, helpful and everything you could expect from a store/sales person. As first time parents, we obviously did not have much knowledge on products which we were buying for our baby- Sarah went through the list with us and made suggestions on everything- even helped us with a bit of budgeting as well. From the very beginning until the end of the transaction, it was truly an amazing experience for us- we really wanted to share this with other people. What an amazing way to start Christmas! Kudos! To Sarah. We want her to be recognized.

Wonderfully stocked store with lovely staff. I bought our pram here after receiving a lot of knowledgable information from Tamara (if memory serves me correctly?) and 9 months later was served by a lovely lady named Sue at the registers. Very refreshing to see good customer service permeated across the entire shop floor, love your work!!!

5 stars for the service provided by Rosh. Had a bottle warmer that needed to be returned and went 1 day over the 30 day period due to personal reasons. She was very helpful and understanding and helped issue the complete refund. Wonderfully stocked store. Will be back again.

Wonderful helpful service from a lovely lady which I assumed was named Agnes (by the necklace she was wearing). We were looking at options for baby seats given we are on number 3 and she provided us with some wonderful recommendations of which we hadn’t even thought of. She was also on hand to measure and even suggested we bring our car around so they can do a quick fit and see what works best. Really impressive service today. Thank you we will be coming back to take on your suggestion.

I had to buy a gift for a newborn. Went to the store, picked up the item while waiting to pay, looked it up on the internet and it was half that price at Big W! The girl straight away matched the price and further more she gave me an extra 5% price beat discount. Really happy with the store!

I had a single car seat fitting today at Baby Bunting Castle hill. The service (I think the installer’s name was Sam) was super professional and helpful and answered all my questions. Strongly recommend.

Really good experience with them. Spoke with Ellyse about car seats and got recommendations for our car. She was super helpful and answered all our queries. Seems like this store has recently opened and they have got a decent collection of baby stuff here. Store is conveniently located near car park and staff is happy to give a car seat demo in your car.

The service manager Roshi is amazing. If I could give more stars I would. Can't recommend this place enough because of her.

Bec and Sue are probably the best customer service providers I've come across. They have great knowledge about the product that are being sold and they love to help you out with few tips about preparing the home for the little one.

Great experience and had a very calm and patient salesperson Shreya who went through products in detail and organised price matching without an issue. Customer service was great.

Took some time to get assistance but once we did, Bec spent quite a bit of time with us and was fantastic at recommending and educating us about prams, cots and car seats. Thank you Bec for the knowledgeable service.. we will be back!
