I have nothing but positive things to say dr Graham Mulvihill has been so understanding so patient and actually listens.. I have had to speak with Tabitha the practice manager a few times too and she is always professional and always willing to go above and beyond to help… such a good practice… cannot fault them :)

Amazing experience.
The only place we could get in for our 3 year old on a Sunday. Called in the morning and got an app straight away by the friendly admin staff.
The doctor was on time (If not early) and gave our son the most thorough examination he’s ever had. He was extremely good with our son making the exam very funny and had him laughing even when he wasn’t feeling well.
Can’t praise him enough.
Highly recommend!

hard to fit me in when i ring to see dr that day they squeeze me in always !Which I apriceate a lot
Their Pharmacy are very helpful and take time to explain if I need advice what I apriceate also having my medicene delivered to my home wanderful as I don't drive

Excellent Medical Centre!
Every time I've phoned they've managed to fit me in very quickly.
All staff here we've had contact with have been excellent, but in particular very happy to have found Dr Gary Hickey who suits my personal needs in a great GP perfectly. Very experienced, knowledgeable, calming and friendly.

Doctors here are professional, caring, courteous and interested. There is not a bad Doctor here that we have come across. All are excellent! They know what they are doing and are there to help you. Diagnosed my Mum in just one visit. Thank you for all the extras your Doctors did helping Mum and my family.

Dr Graham Mulvihill is an outstanding Doctor. Highly recommend. And a big shout out to Kerry, at reception, for her compassion and humour.

Can't speak highly enough of the care and empathy displayed on a regular basis by the medical staff. I can't say the same about the support staff some are brilliant, some have no empathy or care left. But customer service and medical staff support at times by some is poor. Maybe they have been around to long and need dragged out of the rutt they are in!

This Medical Clinic has benefits - it’s small, has excellent reception staff, has the Australian, Aboriginal and ATSI flags on display BUT is so governed by money and fear that only a 15 min appointment will be given ‘in case a patient with a 30min appointment’ doesn’t turn up. Well, I need a 30 min appointment and for only the second time in 20 years, I got the time wrong so didn’t turn up. I am a regular, private paying patient but I was told the doctor concerned would from now on only see me for 15 mins, yes, after just one misstep. This rather makes a mockery of being able to give any personalised, chronic disease care, mental health care or anything beyond a most cursory, ‘tick box on a form’ type management. I had my doubts anyway when a simple, regular form actually took this doctor 30 mins to complete, and that was copying from a template! I had then had to make another appointment for what I should have been able to attend to in just that one appointment. Naturally not only for the lack of care available in 15 minutes, but also for this knee-jerk, thoughtless response from the doctor, I am not-rescheduling and will go elsewhere. For the sake of one mistake, they have now lost a regular patient.

You need more staff in reception I phoned twice and the phone kept on going through to the appointments agency.

I asked what side affects there were with taking blood pressure medication and The doctor Thomas Van Wyngard said " you are going to die". He clearly didn't like my Question and after telling me previously that he would bulk bill me he charged me full price. I came back a couple more times but this doctor treated me like crap so I
never came back. That doctor is no longer there good luck Tommy with your attitude you will need it.

I simply can not recommend this Clinic.
Lacking in: Communication, follow up, caring, flexibility understanding and Professionalism.

Since relocating to Victor we started moving all our medical over to this Clinic to Dr Tommy Van Wyngaard. My last visit I was referred for X-rays and told once done call and make a follow up appointment for results. I managed to get the X-rays the same day. I call back to make a follow up appointment in 4 days to be told he is leaving the practice next day. Not one word was mentioned prior that our doctor was leaving the next day. I was astonished. I couldn't get the only appointment that week as I had a Hospital procedure im Adelaide booked . I email the practise to express how disappointed I was and asking the Practise Manager to advise what options we have. 8 days later and nil reply from them. IAdter returning to Victor I called and asked how can I make an appointment to obtain my results. To be asked has any doctor agreed to take us on. I said no as I had not recieved a reply to my email. I was advised they could get me in but I won't be for another 7 days. The very day I'm due back in Adelaide for a another Hospital procedure.

I have never encounter such an unprofessional Doctors Clinic. I Suspect it's a corporation who don't understand Patient's are also paying Customers. I can understand if they were bulkbill on limited funds. But they are a Full fee Clinic. It seems by paying more you getting less service. I mean how hard should It be to get results so you can start to deal with the pain.? I guess video consultations are not used when an examination is not needed.
Very disappointed CUSTOMER.

Absolute worst drs in Victor Harbor area, drs give no proper tests, just a guessing game, then try and pan you off to a female dr if they don’t know a certain topic, avoid if you actually care about your health, it’s all about money for the drs there!! Half of them shouldn’t even be practicing as they have zero knowledge about anything, disgusting how they treat people! Dr Thomas Van Wyngaard and Dr Kamal Mahmoud should both be given their resignation, don’t know how they are still practicing, dr Wyngaard specialises in skin cancer but refused to look at a mole I was concerned about and didn’t want to discuss contraceptions as it made him feel uncomfortable so was told to go see a female dr, what a disgrace. zero quality in drs these days!

I will start with The dr was great, but the admin staff that was on was incredibly unhelpful, rude and disrespectful.

SO RIDICULOUS that you need to see your regular doctor just to have a wart frozen off! Considering my regular doctor is on leave youd expect to see any other doctor just to have wart frozen not that hard. Managed to move medical centre and book an appointment before Norfolk even got back to me many hours later. Don't understand why it needed to be so difficult. Won't be coming back
Never had such difficulties making an appointment

Booked in to see the travel nurse who we were told was same as Travel Doctor. She knew beforehand we needed yellow fever shot for our destination but neglected to call us beforehand to let us know she was not qualified to give it, nor the doctor at Norfolk House. She gave us print outs for our destination but nothing we couldn't have looked up ourselves. We still had to pay for the consult and no bulk bill of course. We ended up going to Victor Harbor Medical Centre where there is a professional and helpful doctor who knew what we needed and was qualified to give it too. Don't waste your time and money go to Victor Harbor Medical centre if you need a travel doctor.
