I LOVE this place!
Always come back to Hammer&Hand when ever i'm in Byron.
The new location is excellent, in the heart of Bangalow, surrounded with cafe and other shops. It's a gorgeous spot. Easy parking on the street.
Friendly, knowledgble staff- who are the artists/jewellers. Be able to meet the artists/ jewellers is a treat in itself.

Every pieces are a one-of-a-kind, unique, love it so much. Makes the best presents for family and friends.

Because this is a metal collective, they're are over 10 artists/jewellers, so different styles under one roof, you'll always find something you'll like or love.

I was stoked to pick up these mushroom earrings and pendant. I Love them soooooo much. The maker of this artist/jeweller is Rachel H.
And the beautiful ginko leaf earrings by Jen B.
Looooove them.

Worth travelling from even a bit more faraway. In my case from Finland.

I spent a day with Thomas Frank to make this ring but was going to use a different stone yet it was a bit adventurous to do all in one day. Made a beautiful silver ring with moonstone in the end. Love learning old crafts as you get lost in the moment when concentrating so hard to shape something ! This is like meditating for me as your brain really have to stay focussed on your hands and method.

A beautiful little gallery curated by the artisans in the collective. With a little workspace in the back section, I really loved being able to witness the process of creating this stunning silver work.

An artists' collective in the true sense of the word. A fabulous collection of hand crafted jewellery and sculpture. I enjoyed visiting and watching the artists at work.

Such a unique and inspiring artist collective. Old world jewellery making is rare these days. Such a wonderful place.

Best gifts and jewellery in Byron from this metalsmith's shop. (I'm biased because I work there). Open 7 days
