Standout experience is dropping off an injured dog I picked up in the middle of the night, where they truly excelled in providing such a depth of care to the pup & earned the deep respect of both Byron Police and I. Can’t fault these guys after the treatment my pup and I received today. I was in a panic trying to get her seen by a vet as she sliced her leg open badly. I had some issues sorting out other things but the ladies went above and beyond to sort me out. Which I’ll be very grateful for. They really went above and beyond today. The even accommodated my other pup that had to come with me as my 2 dogs have never been separated. Thankyou so much. Highly recommend

My dog got very ill on a weekend which meant going to his normal vet was not an option. This team was amazing, so responsive and got my little pup in right away & checked. We unfortunately needed these folks two weekends in a row for our poor dog, first for a paralysis tick and then for a sudden infection. We have just moved to the area and are so relieved they provide this service, all the staff we spoke to were helpful and understanding and most importantly took great care of our dog, communicating really well with us about options and what they would cost. Thanks to all the vets and nurses there for helping Pearl. Hopefully we won’t see you again soon!

Everyone was so kind to my puppy when she was stung by a bee and had a reaction, requiring an antihistamine injection. They saw us quickly. We went on a public holiday and expected to pay more. It was $200 for the public holiday consultation fee and $80 for 2 injections. I thought that was reasonable, given the circumstances.

Our 3am emergency was met with two extremely caring and compassionate ladies. Their treatment and care of our fur baby was wonderful and they reassured us that everything was going to be ok. We are blessed to have them and their services in our area.

Such legends! They're always so lovely & helpful. Our fur baby has been treated as a top tier guest everytime.

They were really terrific when we took Howie there on friday nite, after he was attacked by a large dog

I took my dog Dozie to NCVS early in the morning, having woken to her distressed and urinating blood. At NCVS we were greeted by professional and friendly staff who helped me problem solve getting a urine sample before consult. We only waited about 10 minutes to see Vet Neil, who assessed Dozie, while explaining what he was doing and why and discussing outcome. Neil was kind, thorough and reassuring during consult. Dozie was uncharacteristically obedient and followed him around the room.
She recovered fast thanks to a couple of injections of antibiotics and pain relief. Back to her normal self within hours. Thank you Neil and NCVS for great service and treatment.

Treated my sick cat very kindly on a Sunday and kept the cost minimal. Good to know they're there when you have an unexpected emergency.

I spoke to a female vet on the phone, as I was very worried about our little dog who had been attacked by a big dog. She was helpful, kind and reassuring, and her advice cost nothing.
