This clinic has been amazing. So sad to see that their funding is ending and they will no longer be able to service the community. The level of compassion and professionalism I have received as a patient here has been the best I've ever had from our health care system. A huge congratulations and thanks to all of the staff of this clinic who have worked tirelessly to help the community through the pandemic and beyond. Thankyou for your amazing service.

So impressed with the service and level of compassion shown at this clinic. My three year old has been unwell and needed seeing by a Doctor which was made impossible without a negative RAT.

The nurses and doctors were so good with my son and kept him calm throughout the appointment. We came away with the medication we needed and avoided a trip to the hospital. They then followed up by phone call the next morning to make sure my son was improving. Tests results were back within ten hours.

Couldn’t recommend more, especially to those with young children.

Had to get my 14month old checked out. Very organised, on time and quick. The lovely nurse was very kind to my nervous toddler and was quick to take a swab which was painless and easy. Very well run, easy to find location, parking right out the front and runs like clockwork. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Our non urgent covid test result was back within 14 hours. Amazing.

Absolutely amazing! We have been here for COVID testing and other respiratory illnesses. They are without fail: efficient, compassionate, thorough, professional and just a pleasure to deal with.

Once when I needed a COVID test expedited because my wife was put in an ambulance for a serious medical issue, they bent over backwards to accommodate and help me out. They made a really really bad day just that little bit better.

They have been an amazing resource for me and my young family.

-Everyone in their safety gear (super protected to the point where I felt bad thinking of the discomfort it must give them having to be in it all day)
-We met Kim who was so professional, warm, detailed and compassionate
It was our two year olds first time doing his covid test. Usually he goes crazy at all of our GP apts but Kim handled it so well that our son was super docile throughout the whole apt. Our apt was for 5.20pm so I was prepared to be rushed out the door but our experience was far from it. After spending hundreds and thousands of dollars out of pocket to see our local GP, and getting below average service nearly most of the times- this govt funded service was one of the finest services we have ever received. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness. Thank you for enduring such discomfort of being in protective gear for the safety of the public. We so appreciate you all!

I’ve got nothing but good thing to say about this place. Bookings are online and simple. They are always on time and efficient. You are usually in and out within 5 minutes and test results usually come back quickly.

Good service, but pity it does no take phone calls to answer basic questions

I went there twice. First, I got asked on the phone to do the covid test in a drive-through as if I would have time and energy when being sick of running back and forth, then the nurse didn't bother to change gloves before examining my baby after going in and out of the room and touching door handles etc.; The GP gave some. questionable and impractical tips instead of prescribing some helpful medication (I have been speaking to another doctor to confirm); there is no proper ventilation system; the second time I visited the GP didn't bother seeing me at all; just the nurse examed me even though I was. Asking to get tested, whether it's bacterial or a virus and whether I need Antibiotics or not. I have a baby at home and haven't had sleep for days because of me heavily coughing all night. The recommendation was to get some rest (lol, how cynical) and stay hydrated. It seems the GP can't care less.

Rude... I called to cancel an appointment as something came up... And first they don't always pick up and had to wait.. I get it being a medical facility but please don't be rude.. The lady on the line was asking for my details so I was spelling it but as I was correcting her she was getting annoyed. Well first and last for me..
