Arcade Screen Printing

I've used Arcade Screen Printing for the last 8 years for all my screenprinting needs. I still wear my first shirt made, and the logo hasn't faded, stretched, cracked, or peeled.

I've had over 1000 garments ranging from basic tees to matching tracksuits and never had a problem.

I can't speak highly enough of Arcade Screen Printing.

The team at Arcade are exceptional. I had an urgent order that I'd left so late and both Spencer and Ash went over and above to get it printed and sent to me. Speed and service aside, the product was fantastic and the print quality was fantastic. Thoroughly recommended

Ace work. Great product, great service. Had a large batch of T-shirts for our staff printed. They delivered to our multiple offices too. Love the thick white ink.

Came for a class a week ago and today I'm back here to make some tees as part of print club. It has been quite fun/engaging and it's something I wanted to do and thanks to asp I am. Steve and crew have been great and the class is instructive.

Great team,great atmosphere.The weekend start up class gave me enough ability to get my own 'show on the road' and really enjoy creating cool tshirt print designs.

I just got off the phone to these guys. Even though, they weren't able to assist with my request, the service that was provided was phenomenal! They basically explained what I needed in "printing terms". Looking forward to using these guys in future when I need to bulk print.

Amazing service. I had a last minute printing requirement for a breast cancer event. The gentlemen was compassionate, professional and really went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful team event here - great place!

We recently had hoodies printed at Arcade, and unfortunately, we were highly dissatisfied with the quality of their service. The images on some of the hoodies appeared grainy and faded, accompanied by noticeable holes and tears in the design (attached images for reference). This compromised the overall quality to the extent that we were unable to sell certain hoodies.

Moreover, the backing for the embroidery on some hoodies was left unremoved. When we brought this to their attention, they instructed us to handle the removal ourselves, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

Additionally, Arcade failed to meet the agreed-upon deadline, delaying the pick up of our order by over a week. Despite this, we were not provided with any explanation for the delay.

Upon discovering the subpar quality of the hoodies, we reached out to Arcade multiple times. Initially, their response downplayed the issue, stating that it "wasn't too bad" and attributing it to the printing process, despite the existence of other hoodies in normal condition.

Despite assurances to "get back to us," Arcade never followed through, even after our persistent attempts through emails and calls. Regrettably, we have yet to receive a response from them to date.

In light of these experiences, we strongly advise against choosing Arcade for any printing services and cannot recommend them based on our unsatisfactory encounter.

I have been trying to contact arcade screen printing for 4 weeks regarding some shirts and a hoodie to be printed. They got Back to me With a quote, only after I called 3 times to follow it up, then heard absolutely nothing when I agreed and asked to go ahead. Don’t waste your time. Horrible communication, as if they don’t want your business at all. Good luck to a company that doesn’t respond to emails or voicemails…

I had a couple of great experiences with Arcade ( printing a small batch of tshirts in 2017/18), unfortunately in 2020 the communication was appalling and I ended up with an inferior product - the image was printed at a reduced size without my approval. I have since taken my business elsewhere.

I personally didn't have a good experience, the lack of communication was frustrating. The head designer was the rudest person I ever talked to, however the owner seemed a little bit more level headed.

Complete lack of customer service, only when I constantly called did they finally respond. However it could of been a much easier process if they were on top and had better customer service.

Quality of prints are good, however if you want a good customer aftercare service then please stay away as if there are issues that might occur you will have to jump leaps and bounds.

Overall this place lacks professionalism and customer service, and try to avoid the head designer (I never got an apology). A better process should be implemented to avoid issues. I wouldn't do business with them ever again based on my experience.
