Not the best with makeup products 😂 so I walked in to get some help as it is my partners birthday. Shannon came and helped me grab the products that my partner will love and she individually wrapped them and gave me extra wrapping for one of the products that is being sent to me. Amazing service, friendly and was able to look at a photo of my partner and picked the right tone for the products I was looking for.

I recently visited the Mecca store at Garden City, searching for a new foundation and everyday lipstick. I was fortunate to be assisted by Emilee, who provided truly exceptional customer service. Her non-judgmental and authentic approach made me feel comfortable and at ease from the start.

Emilee's extensive knowledge of the products was impressive, and she took the time to understand my skin type and preferences. She expertly guided me through the foundation options, and I was initially set on the Nars dewy foundation. However, Emilee suggested an alternative foundation that would better suit my skin, and I'm so glad she did! The recommended foundation turned out to be the perfect match for me.

I was so impressed that I wanted to purchase two, but unfortunately, it was out of stock in the store and had limited availability elsewhere. Emilee went above and beyond to check other stores and arranged for the product to be delivered to my home. She even gave me a free sample to last me a couple of days before I received the home delivery, which was a lovely touch!

Additionally, Emilee helped me find the perfect everyday lip colour that compliments my skin complexion. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable, and I left the store feeling thrilled with my purchases and grateful for the outstanding service.

I highly recommend visiting Mecca Garden City and asking for Emilee. She's a gem and a true asset to the team, and I can't wait to go back and explore more products with her help 🤍😊

I went to Mecca this afternoon with my friends, and was welcomed by the lovely Rochelle. Her customer service and personality brightened our day! Definitely made our Mecca experience very enjoyable!

Went in here looking for a new scent and Flora was very knowledgeable. Flora was able to determine the right scent for me based on me telling her a bit of my context and what I preferred. Flora's customer service was superb. Give this girl her own online column for fragrance recommendations Mecca, thanks again. I ended up purchasing a beautiful new scent that was fresh with a Parisian memory. I had loved this smell since then and haven't been able to find it until now.

Visited a few nights ago and was helped by an incredible sales assistant Esther. My friend was looking for a very specific red shade of lipstick and not only was she able to perfectly match it while providing alternatives for finish and brands but she noticed my interest in a number of perfumes and helped me find new ones that she thought I'd like based off my preferences. I am obsessed and cannot afford to continue visiting Mecca if her recommendations keep being so perfect. I will go bankrupt. Honestly need her to run her own page where people just tell her the vibes they're going for and she finds you EXACTLY what you need.

GREAT experience at MECCA gardencity! The staffs really look after you with good recommendation. They also offered if I wanted to take any sample products so I can try first before purchase. The day I visited had a special eye makeup session which was free with free candle. The session was great and it was a lot of fun! I would definitely go back and shop there.

I was assisted by this lovely lady, unfortunately I did not get her name but I remember she had a tattoo of her cat. As a beginner to make up she took the time to explain every product, how to apply it and what sort of brushes I should use. And even wrote me a list of steps for what products i should use first. She even asked me if I was okay to use cruelty free or non-cruelty free products, in my opinion I do not mind but i found that very thoughtful. I genuinely appreciate her help and had a lovely time chatting with her.

Went to find a new perfume yesterday.
Darcy was amazing,so knowledgeable about perfume scents and according to my preference find me some beautiful ones💙 absolutely recommended her if you looking for a right perfume for yourself or love ones.

Had a great visit to Mecca today. Didn’t grab any names of the lovely girls who assisted me, and whilst they were very busy and not able to give me a lot of time - they still made sure my questions were met, that I was able to test the products I wanted and they offered their professional knowledge which I really appreciated. All staff members were extremely friendly, they had a terrific range of products, and I came to the Mt Gravatt store as they had all of the shades that were sold out online and in many other stores in Brisbane!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Went there to buy a perfume for my fiancé and asked staff to help finding right perfume. They helped me try out different perfumes. Bought one which I asked to pack as a present and they did it. Top of that, asked for testers for the same perfume incase my fiancé wants to try it before opening the package and they gave that too. Wonderful experience.

I went to Mecca in Garden City, My Gravatt and the staff was amazing and honest. The skin specialist Mali and another staff member, I'm not sure what her name is but they were so sweet and honestly helped me with every little thing. I had told Mali what I was looking for and, what my skin type is... SHE GAVE ME A WHOLE SKINCARE ROUTINE SAMPLE. Make sure to go to Garden City at Mt Gravatt for the best, honest and sweetest service.

Yesterday I was at Westfield Mt Gravvat doing some last minute News Years Eve shopping and decided to stop into Mecca. I’m not one to stop into beauty stores, as an older woman I find stores like Mecca intimidating and overwhelming. I have troubled skin and I’m always afraid of getting sold the wrong product. However, yesterday I bit the bullet and decided to go in, I was approached by Ella. Off the bat she was a lovely girl and had a kind spirit about her. I asked her a few questions regarding skin and after she educated me on different products I knew I could trust her opinion. I just came in the store to browse for my nieces however, I decided to reward myself instead. Ella was so informative and kind hearted, she had a fun young energy that really helped with my nerves. We talked about skin for a while and she never rushed me or palmed me off. I ended up buying the Kit Micro polish in store which was then shipped to my house at no extra cost! Ella also provided me with some beautiful samples to try out in the mean time and after trying them this morning I can say I’m in love!!! Will definitely be coming back for more.

I got a Mecca glam makeover for my birthday dinner and was thrilled with the result, thanks to Erin. Your makeup skills’re amazing and made me really enjoy the process.

I visited Mecca today with my mum and was assisted by this lovely worker name Tracy, she was AMAZING she took her time explaining every product and how to use it, I’ve never met such a hard, patient and great worker, she really made our Mecca experience an experience to remember, Thank you Tracy <3

Had Brock for a facial today. The service was phenomenal my skin feels refreshed. He was very knowledgeable and told me things I didn’t even know about my skin! Will definitely be booking in a facial more regularly!

Mecca mt Gravatt didn’t disappoint at all. Within 5 seconds of walking into the store they welcomed me and advise staff are there to help. But Shout out to the girl who was working there with the surgical mask, I came in around 12:30 ish, she helped with a few things but really delivered on what I was looking for. Purchased foundation and it looks really stunning the way it sits, bronze and blush that blends perfectly with my face and foundation. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes and I couldn’t have thanked her enough, thank you for the compliments whoever worked on me it really made my day!!

I came in looking for my right shade of concealer after previously (at a different store) being matched with the wrong shade. Ayaat was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and educated! I would definitely recommend seeing her in store, best customer service I have had in a long time!

I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Darcy in the fragrance section of Garden City Mecca. My fiancé and I have been in numerous times over the last week or so trying to find the perfect perfume for our upcoming wedding. Each time we have visited, Darcy has been SO SO helpful - giving us suggestions based on what we liked, making fabulous recommendations and taking the time to explain all the different fragrances and their history. She has been so informative, kind and overall amazing! Today we ended up purchasing one of the fragrances she recommended that we both fell in love with (Maison Francis Kurkdijan Gentle Fluidity Gold). What an absolute asset to the team she is!
