I had been eagerly following Embod and the Lymphatic Body Roll Massage Machines for about a year now, and visiting Embod was a dream come true for me. Coming all the way from Perth, Embod was on my bucket list, and I finally had the chance to experience it during Easter time in Brisbane.

Walking into Embod, I must admit I was a bit hesitant, being someone with a curvy figure who can sometimes feel self-conscious. However, any worries I had melted away as soon as I stepped foot inside. The space was stunning and exuded a fantastic vibe that instantly put me at ease.

The staff at Embod were nothing short of amazing. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and remarkably knowledgeable about their services. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for and supported.

My Body Roll experience was truly transformative. Not only did it leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, but it also helped me embrace and appreciate my body in a whole new way.

I cannot recommend Embod highly enough to anyone looking for a unique and rejuvenating experience. Thank you to the entire team at Embod for making my visit unforgettable. I can't wait to return!

I love having Embod as part of my wellness and self care routine. All of the staff make me feel so welcome and supported. I’ve met so many beautiful people who also come here and it feels like a community. Since I started I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my circulation and a dramatic reduction in fluid retention. Would definitely recommend coming here. If you’re nervous about coming in, don’t be! There’s even privacy curtains if you need some proper “me time” 🤍

Embod is always warm and welcoming. Love going to Embod, seeing Emily and the girls. They are always supportive, friendly and so knowledgeable. The rollers are so warm and massaging. I always feel loose and relaxed after :)

So incredibly relaxing. I had a lymphatic rolling session followed by the LED red light therapy bed, and I felt very relaxed after my appointment. Definitely a nice way to spend a Saturday morning doing some self care. Can’t wait for my next appointment 😊

I have been using the LED therapy bed at Embod for some inflammation and recovery from sports injuries. The results have been great with reduced pain, swelling and faster recovery. These machines are used by major league clubs worldwide as well as the AIS. Highly recommend Embod as a wellness studio!

There’s nothing I love more than visiting here and always feeling so at peace and relaxed. I want to be there 24/7 it’s so cute. You won’t regret going here. The lymphatic massage machines are a game changer as well as the EMS body sculpting and all services offered here. You can’t go wrong ❤

I love the lymphatic roller machines at Embod. I have noticed so many positives since starting. The studio is fab and Em and is such an angel. She has made the space feel so welcoming and positive and I leave every session feeling so happy. I also love that the studio has membership and casual visit options. I have just finished my first course of four lymphatic rolls paired with EMS treatments at Embod over the last fortnight. I cannot recommend this business enough - Em (and her studio space!) are warm and welcoming, and she and her team are passionate and knowledgeable about the services they offer. I am always keen to try out new wellness services that benefit my health. In addition to the circulation benefits it is intended for, lymphatic rolling is an amazing recovery tool for sore muscles! The roller warms up and you can really get into all your tight spots. EMS (on my glutes) has been a cheeky and effortless addition to my typical workout routine. I wasn't sure what to expect - the actual process was comfortable (my first session was a little spicy, but it was easy from round two!) and delivered in a zen space separate from the rest of the studio. Very private and personalised. Results-wise - I started to notice a difference from the second session, I felt stronger at my usual pilates classes and found my glutes didn't fatigue as quickly. Purely aesthetically - my butt looks perkier and I fit my pants better! 100% a fan and will be incorporating this into my routine going forward. Best part - no downtime! Also - great products to browse, other lovely clientele to chat with if you're in the mood, and easy street parking right out front. 10/10!

Oh my where do I start! These miracle machines are seriously life changing. I was skeptical on the first day but here I am attending Embod for nearly a month now. I previously had a shoulder injury and it stopped me from being active or move properly. These machines helped me gain my strength back and motivation on focusing on my well being. Bonus to that is the owner Emily is wonderful, knowledgeable, always there for a good chat and is very supportive.
