I highly recommended you come earlier to immerse yourself into the view and outdoor seating. The scenery is breathtaking with golden sunset.
Food is great. It lives up to a well deserved 1 chef hat. Service is fantastic. We felt as home and thoroughly enjoy the fresh produce and delicious cooking.

Matching wine is great, too with stories. Fascinating.

Highly recommended. It’s one of our high light in Mudgee.

Dinner at the Zin House was truly a memorable experience. The food was amazing, and the ambiance was top notch. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make it a great night. There’s a beautiful garden out front, and we able to go have a nice stroll, the staff offered to take photos for us, and opened the doors each time we walked back in. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Amazing restaurant for lunch in Mudgee area, wine parings are perfect with their local food, I just been to know that most of food materials is come from their grape garden which our Dog 🐩 Coco like to play in there. The foods are awesome tease and wines are beautiful! I would like do the recommendations to my friends and definitely we will come to have dinner next time when we come to Mudgee again!

Had a lovely time at the Zin House. We started off with a pre dinner cocktail amd enjoying the views of the Lowe Vineyard. The meals were so fresh and creative using the farm's organic herbs and vegetables. Service was great and the venue was just perfect.

Absolutely stunning property with the most incredible food. My husband booked here for my birthday and we had the degustation menu with matching wines. Our waiter Yo was very hospitable and made our visit wonderful. The menu is well thought out with a combination of complimentary tastes and textures that will leave you very satisfied after each serving. Take some time to walk around the property as well, as there is a gorgeous garden where they grow their own produce, beautiful views of the vineyards and some really sweet animals too. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you for making my birthday lunch so special.

This famous Mudgee icon did not disappoint! Me and my family had the most wonderful food safari here. I highly recommend a visit when in Mudgee.

Came for dinner and was absolutely blown away. Every single course was one smash hit after another. I was especially impressed with how they wove native ingredients into more traditional style dishes. Beautiful dining room, great staff, highly recommended.

Service was great and the food was amazing from start to finish.
Chicken ballotine and rhubarb strudel being the highlights and loved the seasonal, local menu.

If anything, there was actually too much food with the final board of cheese, honey and fruit barely touched by either my partner or I - not because we did not want to, but we couldn't fit it in!

Would be great if there were a few more intimate tables rather than shared as we were on an anniversary dinner and the wine pairing serving size we found to be quite small.

Absolutely outstanding experience. The setting was gorgeous in the lush gardens and lovely blue skies. The food was fresh, well explained, and beautifully matched. We picked our own wines and they were delicious. I also loved the service and explanations of each dish and ingredients. Having a break part way through to stroll through grounds, digest, and sip some wine, made it a great all around experience. Definitely recommend booking in at the tasting room after for even more yummy wine.

We booked Zin to celebrate a small family wedding celebration (missed during Covid). The private dining room for 8 of us was lovely and a perfect location for a family get together with views of the Mudgee region to die for. Quinn and the team did a fantastic job looking after us and making the entire afternoon special. The food was deliciously fresh and creative. We are so glad we went with the wine pairings as they were perfect match and had us asking for more. Of particular note is the 2016 Zinfandel. Also a big thanks to the Zin chefs for looking our different dietary needs and keeping the menu similar for everyone so no one felt left out. All the food was beautifully presented and just delicious.

Absolutely divine! If you happen to visit Mudgee, make sure you try this restaurant. Jerusalem artichoke is definitely the star! The complexity and intensity of flavours surprised me a lot. The chicken was tender and succulent. Excellent customer service. We were explained in detail how each dish is. Unforgettable experience! Tip: Book in advance to avoid missing out!

We absolutely LOVED our dining experience at Zin. From our interactions with the chef, the accommodating wait staff and truly incredible food. Every little detail of the experience had been thoughtfully planned out. I left feeling very full but so pleased. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Mudgee. In addition we had a wine tasting at Lowe and the staff were very interactive and made it a really enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing experience. The food was wholesome, delicious and the presentation was stunning. The matching wines to each course really took it to another level and the staff had great knowledge of everything they served. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and being able to walk the gardens in between some of the courses, and to look at where some of the produce comes from was great. They say allow over 3 hours, which is true but you hardly notice it being so long. Can't wait to go back.

A magnificent start to my birthday 🎂 long weekend with a five hour lunch 🥗 at The Zin House 🏡 A wonderful treat with incredible service where everyone made you feel right at home. Nothing pretentious at all despite the five star food and service. Lovely ambience like you are visiting long lost friends (even making new friends with a group of girls in the back wine room). It was hard to pick a favourite dish as every dish was sublime and our only regret was not living close enough to visit again.

Myself and my partner had a beautiful long lunch at the Zin House. Beautiful venue, nice matching wines and fresh local produce. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mudgee. The team at Zin house did a great job with the service, especially Yoyo (the name of waiter who looked after our table .. if I spell it right) was very friendly and gave us great service which made the overall experience even more complete.

Incredible unique food tasting experience with the most amazing setting. Staff were lovely and the whole experience was perfect! I chose the vegan menu and they catered for me without a problem. Thank you guys! We can’t wait to visit again!

Had a wonderful evening at The Zin House just recently. We had a private dinner room for our birthday celebration, so that was a nice surprise.
The food and wine was delicious. We all enjoyed the food and service, very friendly. We shall be back, thanks for a lovely evening in Mudgee.

I had high expectations for the Zin House and they were exceeded.

The thoughtfulness and care by the owners shines in every aspect of the dining experience. From the handmade plates, to the decor, the surroundings, the service, and of course the food.

We had a diverse range of people in our group from a chef, Italian cook, the chair of judges for tourism NSW, farmers, to the pickiest grandmother there is. No one could fault anything.

Absolutely loved it. Planning a return visit already.
