This store always has fantastic customer service. The staff are always friendly and greet us each time we have visited the store. They always go out of their way to provide assistance and aren’t too pushy.

Very disappointed with our experience. The staff member who served us clearly did not want to be there. She had absolutely no customer service. We weren’t acknowledged, we weren’t offered any assistance and the staff member didn’t offer us a bag for our item. These are basic customer service duties that are literally in the job description of customer service representative. Hopefully for her sake she was just having a bad day. Because if that’s her day to day attitude, if I was her manager I’d be extremely disgusted

Unkind old lady staff. Where is the young kind staff? I love smiggle but I will go another shop not that shop in next time.
