I’ve been going for years and always had exceptional service. Most recently I’ve seen Dhana who has been amazing at helping relieve my knee pain and get me back to sport/gym. Dhana went above and beyond to check in with me post session and ensure her treatment had good effect. Highly recommend!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a physiotherapist! Yulandie was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. After a very long stint with lower back pain I finally feel like I’ve found some relief. Looking forward to our next session!

Christine Cox is the best physio! After being away from skiing for 10 years, and during that time I have had both knees partially replaced and a full hip replacement, Christine got me into shape to be able to ski again in Japan this January with no problems. Thank you Christine.

Beautiful Dhana was amazing! Very caring , professional and knows exacting what she is doing.I went to recoverwise because I had a very painful back and shoulder , Dhana worked her magic and I am nearly pain free . This was only with in 3 days . A big thank you for everything that you have done for me 🙏

I saw Dhana in McDowall for a shoulder problem from swimming. Nothing beats experience and knowledge - Dhana was able to identify the problem in the first few minutes and was able to relieve the pain/aching/tightness right after the first session. In followed up sessions Dhana meticulously guided me through the exercises, worked on my shoulder and explained things very carefully. I cannot wait to tell Dhana how happy I am to be able to swim again.

Ignacio/ Nacho is my physiotherapist and he has been incredibly professional
and helpful with my injuries. The service he has provided has been amazing... and he has motivated and encouraged me with my excercise routine after our sessions!! I would highly recommend him as a physiotherapist for anyone who has sustained an injury or any chronic pain!!!

Christine is an absolutely fantastic physio!! She listens to you, acknowledges you know your own body, explains the treatment and then begins the treatment. She is also a lovely person!!!

Very friendly, warm, respectful and professional place to recover from any injuries and at the mean time maintaining a good fitness level. I had many issues over the past 3 years and always received a supportive and well adapted programs to meet my present needs.

I had suffered an Injury through a MV accident which had burdened by neck and back. Recoverwise in McDowall had helped me throughout my recovery. Ignacio, one of their physio is very helpful and professional. I definitely recommend this place because everyone here is just so wonderful.

Had lower back pain, Ignacio worked his magic and got it back to where it needs to be so I could go back to work and preform 100%. Staff at the front counter was very friendly and helpful aswell.
