We rented with Grant’s for 3-years btw 2018-2020. Can only say good things about them. Treated us with respect, things were fixed promptly, and adjusted inspection times to allow us to be there when we wanted. As a home-owner myself I could see they also took care of the property, and looked out for their interest. All round great experience.

We rented through Grants for 3 years and it was all around a wonderful experience. Having been with larger real estates before and receiving really poor service, it was such a relief to be with a family owned real estate that takes great care and pride in the work they do. With other property managers, we often felt forgotten about as the tenant. Not only do Grants ensure they are looking after their owners, but they look after their tenants as well. They are prompt in their communication, thorough with their property inspections, and I would not hesitate to rent through them again or trust them with an investment property further down the track.

Grants Real Estate are experts in property management. In 8 years of managing my rental, they have first rate communication, a keen eye during inspections and a care and commitment to proactively keeping the property in the best order. Their years of experience shines in times of tricky situations, and I have always been happy with their advice and processes. I recommend to all friends family and colleagues.

I moved to Grants as a local team from another Brisbane agent. The difference was night and day. Professional, local, experienced. The team is not 'overloaded' with rental properties, so you really have the feel of quality over quantity. They spend the time. I have owned properties in different states. Grants will be managing my property well into the future.

I rented through Grants Real Estate for 12 months and had such a positive experience. All of the staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. They are prompt with communicating and always give plenty of notice. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone.

The small number of things that have needed fixing at the property we're renting have been fixed quickly with very minimal inconvenience. Grants Real Estate are always easy to contact, professional and make renting as pain-free as possible.

I have known Rob, Tim and Emma for a long time and have used their services extensively. I have always received the highest levels of customer service and professionalism.

Grants real estate are the worst real estate agent we have had the displeasure in using in over 20 years of renting. The agent responsible for our property is superior to everyone and beyond reproach. Her attitude cannot be explained, but maybe holier than though sums it up. Do not question her. Do not ask her very valid questions or raise concerns. She will go so far as take you to QCAT with lies to evict you (and lose. They saw through the lies). The last 6 months of our tenancy where hell because of her. Even after agreeing a date to move out, she still tried to evict us 2 weeks early. She has to win. Seriously look elsewhere even if the property is amazing. Your sanity depends on it

I have had the worse experience by far. My husband recently had a surgery, we tired to postpone a open home during our tenancy. A female staff member did not give us the privacy we needed at the time or show any empathy towards the situation. She abused my husband when he tried expressing concern about his recovery after surgery. The agency never got written approval for open homes or have our belongings in photos when advertising the property. The agency has not formally apologised for the situation they have put us though & they are still causing stress in our life with exiting the property.
