Roof Response

Roof Response were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We found a leak in our roof during a heavy storm and Chris was out the next day, after calling them, to check it out. New sheets were delivered within a few days and the team was out replacing them the same day. Everyone there, including Chris, Tanya and Red were both professional and down to earth. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking at needing roof repairs.

Roof response were punctual, organised, and well priced. The whole process from quoting through to installation and finalising the invoice was easy and professional. Would recommend them to anyone, and would use them again.

Long story -

Last year during the large rain event in Brisbane that caused flooding and other damage to properties around SEQ ours was affected.

Going through our insurance (Allianz) was the biggest pain in the rear we've ever experienced they offloaded our claim to a third party (Crawford and Company well known for this) who sent tradesman who looked at nothing and blamed everything on maintenance and the solar installers. The third party did this to hopefully have my claim denied.

After seeing the reports and being here first hand when the reports were done first hand I knew this third party adjuster was talking nonsense.

Knowing I was in for a battle with the insurance I looked at options to get my own reports done that were to the standard that insurance companies require to be accepted. This is how I landed with Roof Response, they quickly sent out an inspector who put a VERY comprehensive report that I could provide my insurance with that in areas concluded that Crawford and Company were wrong. It also found hail damage something that happened before the rain event which also assisted in us being able to claim that. They also provided me a comprehensive quote on what needed to be fixed and one to reroof the property to the latest standards and best practice.

It took a VERY VERY long time to get to the point that my insurance agreed to everything but one thing I know is Roof Response was a call away and always assisted with the multitude of questions I had.

When the dust settled on the Insurance battle Roof Response honored their quote and we now have a high quality roof installed by professionals. The team who did the installation were fantastic, kind and efficient.

Roof Response were awesome - timely, excellent quality work, worked in well and very considerate with the renters (my elderly parents lol:) who stayed throughout the works. They did a complete re-roof, gutters, gutter guards etc. after a hail storm - on an old Queenslander house and shed. Brought everything up to spec and did not take short-cuts. Looks immaculate. Worked in really well with the other tradies that did other work at the same time (eg) painting, insulation batts etc. with no fuss.

After the heartache of trying to deal with NRMA and their associated repairers who were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, I finally found Roof Response and they just got the job done in a very professional and safe manner. Couldn't be happier.

Roof Response has been helpful in dealing with Makesafes and Roof Reports. Their reports are spot on and the team is accommodating and provide great advice. Have not had a recall to a property for rectification on a roof install.

A damp patch on our hallway ceiling indicated that we had a small leak in our roof. Michael inspected the roof - identified the leak - and promptly gave us a quote to fix it. Roofline organised a team to fix it and the job was completed yesterday. Throughout the process I was impressed by the professionalism of Michael and his team, as well as the support from Tanya in coordinating things. Roofline exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Roof Responce initially came for a look after all the rain earlier this year to locate a leak that had occurred in the rain bomb.
Did a quick fix and had an inspection of the entire roof area. Decided to replace the whole roof.
I had three quotes and decided to use roof Response after Chris came on time to inspect the roof and explained what needed doin. Materials arrived when stated and so did the crew to do the job.
