Highly recommend this clinic after attending for the past 2 years
Ladies at reception are welcoming, friendly and efficient and I always receive excellent service
Nurse is very efficient as well
My GP has been brilliant in assisting me with my health issues I had an issue that needed to be addressed asap after 7 week no appointment at hospital, mentioned to my GP & got an appointment the next day thanks to my GP s persistence My GP is very considerate, listens to my concerns and very thorough in managing my health

I find Dr Soke Ong to be very thorough. She listens to my concerns and explains clearly. I often have to wait, but it is worth it to see her. The nurses and receptionists are also very helpful.

My family have been seeing Dr Soke for 4 generations now. She has a wealth of knowledge, never pressures us with medications, and has the utmost care for our wellbeing and health. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The nurse Melissa was very thorough but friendly and made some suggestions, eg Shingles vac which the doctor followed up with.

I want to add that I was not impressed with the Depression survey. Not the questions BUT the simply Yes or No . At first I did not answer half of them. When the nurse talked them through I indicated the better of the two and at the end she told me I was perfectly normal. THIS is definitely not how i feel about this situation

The Doctor was on the ball & diagnosed my malady instantly but most important took the time to listen to me & did not rush me. I am 73 years young.

Dr Lovemore (brilliant parents who named him that), was a polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable dr. I am very pleased I was able to book an appointment last minute for my very distressed little girl.

Great doctors surgery only problem is getting an appointment with my doctor

Doctor Towoju actually listened and understood my health issues, very caring. Nurses and staff very friendly and efficient.

We had to change medical centres ahead of my daughters 1.5yr vaccinations. The team at Albany Care were all friendly, thorough in making sure we didn’t have any developmental concerns or allergies and the wonderful nurse was so gentle and thoughtful with our daughters vaccinations. Happy customer - will return.

Prompt reply. Doctor Eng Ong is always very respectful of our families needs and genuinely cares. I've been taking my children to see Dr Eng Ong for about 16 years. Any nurses or administration ladies have always be kind and very helpful.

Great doctors and reception staff,handy chemist next door

Dr Louise Gardiner is easily the best GP I and my family have ever had. She is knowledgeable about a wide range of injuries and medical complaints and I always leave feeling reassured that I am getting A+ service. Her bed side manner is caring, professional and friendly and she always does her best to work out the best treatment plan for whatever your ailment is. Thank goodness for Dr Gardiner! She truly is a lifesaver.

Dr Ong is awesome, he’s the best!

Best gp ive ever been to :) im not overly fond of having to go to a doctors but everytime ive come here I feel so comfortable and genuinly cared for!! I dont live in the area and am whiling to travel to go to this practice :)
