Saw chairs at a friend’s place and fell in love. Ordered on line and received confirmation and receipt next business day. Collected from warehouse ourselves the next day (freight was expensive). Wonderful friendly service, helped load the 4WD after providing dimensions so I knew they would fit. Thanks team.

Absolutely can’t fault great customer service! ( I dealt with Aimie) I ordered 8 outdoor chairs and living in FNQ unfortunately one arrived damaged! I was immediately offered reimbursement or delivery of new chair! This was resolved quickly within a few days! Peace of mind knowing your dealing with an Australian based company!

We visited all our local retailers for the high bar stools we wanted, but were told we had a three week wait for delivery.

We chose to give Cafe Solutions a try, ordered on the Tuesday and had delivery on the Frisday of the same week!

Great range of tables and chairs. Excellent showroom. We only bought one table but the service was really good, just like we were fitting out a cafe. Chris was very helpful. It's a great place for tables and chairs.

10/10. Cannot rate the experience we had with Chris highly enough. Excellent quality, super fast delivery, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond. The in store shopping experience was second to none. This is where we will buy all our cafe furnishings in future.

Terrific experience with Cafe Solutions. Ordered something which was delivered the next day, interstate, to a location that is not on the next-day service register. The product arrived as described.

At this time of year (between Christmas and New Years) it is common to encounter unfriendly, overworked and tired people in the retail sector so it is refreshing to have such an experience.
