Purchased fixtures and fittings from Cooks recently. After having been to the big plumbing stores (where you are virtually ignored), it was so refreshing to walk into a store where you were helped, items were explained to you and resolved. Pricing is great and service and delivery excellent. We were really happy. Thanks Sharon.

Great company to do business with. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will find a solution for your problem. Customer service is above profit. That’s why I always go there for my plumbing requirements.

I went into Cook's Plumbing Supplies looking for a part for my bathroom basin, not knowing what it was called and only having the old deteriorated part to show them. Sharon was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to find me what I needed. Her knowledge of bathrooms was impressive and her customer service was second to none. Great customer service is hard to find these days. I will definitely be back, and have already recommended Cook's to my cousin who is looking at doing a bathroom reno.

Just purchased dish washer drain hose extension. Very good quality and 1 third price of bunnings.

Needing to fix a stiff mixmaster kitchen sink tap that is seven years old and not even bought from Cooks, I dealt with Roger. He went to great lengths to look into where I could get a replacement cartridge. He was able to arrange for me to get a replacement cartridge under warranty. So Cook's made nothing out of it. Great service! I have dealt with this company previously and have always received friendly and helpful assistance beyond what I receive elsewhere.

We needed to get some plumbing supplies urgently which were on back order for 4 weeks in our local shops. Tom was fantastic and sourced the exact product, for a good price and had it express posted. Very happy with the service. Thanks!

Wide range of products to choose from and easy to use website. Rod has given me excellent customer service. He is very quick in sending through quotes which are very easy to understand and he has great knowldege of the products.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Damien Wright. I've purchased plumbing items here many times and all the people at the front counter have been great apart from Damien. He seems to be an extremely angry person who finds his job to be a major inconvenience. His first words once he made it to the counter were 'what do you want!' Each item I wanted to buy was as a huge disruption to his day. Tradelink, Reece, or even Bunnings would be a much better choice than having to 'upset' Damien.
