Awesome place, they always have great deals on, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Huge range of products. Easy to move around shop with trolley. Can get very busy on a Saturday, but lines move quick at checkout. Easy to park out front and entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Had an electrical issue with my 12v setup and the customer service was awesome

Absolutely amazing sale brought us into the store and they also had a scratch and dent sale going on in the car park, which we did take advantage of. Picked up a SU Paddleboard for $129 and 2 x Torches for $39.90, was wrapped in the saving. But the stand out to our experience was the young lady at the checkout, Sophia. This woman deserves an up-selling award! Best up-selling banter I've had in a long while (and yes, she got the sale)

Great service, we asked way to meany questions about several products and the staff had the personal experience of products they had used and opened them selves and where they didn't they had run tests at the warehouse. All in all we walked out with more then we came infor purely because they had the knowledge and answers we would have gone home to Google and research to buy later.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great bargains in the store. You could even win a raffle after they have given out tickets. Well worth visiting this store.

After a disappointing experience in another store , I decided to visit the Brendale store for a 2nd opinion on an item I was having trouble with . I was met with extremely friendly staff & then ventured to the service desk and met with Alicia who I then explained my situation who was more than happy to help and then had the store manager Zac come up front for further assistance . After some testing on an item I was having trouble with , Zac come back up front and explained in great detail of what was happening and the cause of my issue . I was extremely appreciative of the service I received and what an asset Zac & Alecia are to this store 🙂 . I will now be driving the extra distance for any future purchases .

We purchased the Kings MT2 camp trailer, two weeks ago from the Brendale store. Sebastian, the sales rep who sold us the trailer was amazing. Everything was handled professional, friendly and the handover pick up day was so easy. The MT2 is the best. Very happy.

I purchased via telepone two two stand-up paddle boards (SUP) for the grandchildren (Xmas) to be collected in-store. I was told there would be a delay for collection, perhaps seven days, but they would SMS and email me when ready to collect. No problem, I was in no rush, just as long as they arrived well before Xmas! ;)

A few days days I received an SMS and email that the items were ready to collect.

A few days later I went to the collections/returns desk which was busy (all registers were busy) so I had to wait a little bit (no big deal).
I observed the staff and customers as I waited and the staff were very friendly, helpful and effiecient. When it came time for me to get served, they apologised for the delay and quickly organised/coordinated and in a short period of time they had the two SUPs loaded into my car.

I was happy with the price on the two SUPs (one blue and one pink for $298 with paddles), but I was very happy with the great customer service. That is the kind of service that makes you a return customer.

Such a huge range. Great quality and the staff are so informative, especially Sophia. Great experience!

What a place. So many 4wd products.And so many sales. The staff are an incredible bunch of sales people who are always looking to assist. Parking can be difficult as they are always busy, however there is parking directly across the road.

Informed and friendly staff, and great prices. They were very quick in sorting out the one warranty issue I have had.

Just ask for Trent. He knows exactly what he’s talking about and will push you in the right direction. 11/10 for helpfulness every single time we go. Give that guy a raise

Staff are very helpful. If you're into camping and 4x4, this is a great toy shop and very reasonable priced.

Had a great experience here. Had to return a product with no receipt and Connor (as well as the other team members) really made sure we were taken care of and fixed everything. Great staff members and service at this store.

Too Easy,

I arrived at 4WD supa store in Brendale with my 3 year old son and the second we walked in I was met by a friendly staff member who asked if he could help in any way and if there was anything in particular I was looking for.

I told him how I was taking my son for his first Camping trip and we needed a new battery for the camper. (also bought the Thumper compressor which is a beast)

He was able to help pick out the battery that would fit and what was required and even got a trolly and had another staff member help him lift the battery into the trolley (talk about service) I was really taken back by how proactive and efficient he was.

Having my son with me, it sets a good example for your company as he will most likely be with me for future purchases and when he grows up he wont think of another brand.

I don’t know who was more excited to be in the shop as my son loved looking at everything on display.

Anyways good work should not go unnoticed, well done mate for making my weekend be a success. The Boy Loved his camping trip.

Visited 4wd supacentre Brendale for their Kings 3m x 2m awning special & ended up with some extra goodies for the adventures ahead. One of the best retailers for all things 4wd & outdoors. Range & pricing is beyond expectation & the team here are especially welcoming. You have a new lifelong customer!

Had a slight issue with a gazebo I purchased however the store manager Trent was very helpful and looked after me. Would definitely recommend 👍
