Refined. Recovery & Wellness

Refined has bought a very much needed elite recovery centre to Coffs Harbour. Marty and the team have really outdone themselves with this facility. Recovery and self care is my focus for my health & fitness routine in 2024 and day 4 I have noticed a massive change in my sleep , my training and recovery. It’s also a great way to catch up with friends whilst looking after yourself and unwinding at the same time. Refined simply ticks every box and then some. It simply is a must and the best way to end the day. Absolutely recommend 🙌🏽

Always a beautiful and rejuvenating experience at Refined. The staff are lovely and helpful and the space is always clean and relaxing. The Ladies Nights in particular are a huge treat and I highly recommend coming along with a group of friends.

Very well thought out facility, with affordable prices. Marty and co are knowledgeable enough to comfort beginners and educate the experienced. If you’re a bit nervous to try, just think of how good you will feel after!

This place is amazing. Mikayla and Julie are lovely, attentive and informative. The facilities are well kept, the environment is nourishing. It’s great to come and catch up with friends and do something that your body is going to love you for.

Amazing experience! Beautiful location and Marty was so welcoming and has a lot of knowledge he shared. He checked in on us multiple times, knowing it was our first time here. Very relaxing, beautiful location and great equipment. Well priced, Coffs just got a lot richer having a recovery centre. We will be back!

The facilities at refined are world class, staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend refined for anyone looking for recovery or a little self care treat. Thanks for having me team!

From the first time i was hooked! From hot/cold pools, sauna, compression boots and yoga the relaxation and recovery is phenomenal. With regular session sleep has improved, I’m energetic! Smashing work and the gym. Highly recommended

Unreal facility. The layout, the attention to detail and even the information placards everywhere to help you with your recovery. The staff are all extremely helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!
