This place is impeccable in every manner! Super clean, modern and welcoming, reminds me of a 5 star spa on Hamilton island. The staff are great 😊
I went for an infrared sauna, the room had space for two, private shower and Bluetooth connection for music.
I purchased some epsom salts which they use in their float tanks and they also sell a bunch of other great products.
Not lying can’t wait to go back and experience the rest of their services and products. You will not be disappointed 😊🤩

What a fabulous wellness experience from start to finish! Laura greeting me with a friendly, warm smile and was more-than-happy to answer all my questions before I booked. I settled on the Flauna package (infrared sauna & float therapy session) which was beyond DIVINE! Bring your favourite playlist and Bluetooth your tunes into the sauna while you lay back and totally relax. If you’re stressed, tired, anxious; or you need some ‘me’ time, do yourself a favour and book in. You won’t regret it and the benefits are instant. Highly recommend!

I booked in for an hour in the flotation room, having never experienced this. David was very welcoming an from the outset I was made to feel calm and relaxed.
Once in the water, I first thought ’what am I going to do for an hour’ but once settled in, I relaxed and the time flew by quickly. I actually fell asleep for 20-30 mins!
Highly recommended!I think Coffs Harbour is lucky to have such a facility here!

I have only visited this establishment twice so far. On these occasions, I have found the staff to be incredibly friendly. It's a pleasure to experience such genuine customer service. I will continue to return as regularly as possible.
Also, the large, bath-like float tank is great. I haven't had one of these since I was in London two decades ago. They are incredible! In my opinion the opportunity for full sensory deprivation is achieved better in one of these (as opposed to the variety of pods available - which are also fantastic but not in the same league for potential).

Today I had my first experience with the infrared sauna and float therapy.
totally amazing 🤩
so relaxing and enjoyable
I fell asleep in the float therapy that's how good it is.
I walked out with no back pain and relaxed felt like I was walking on clouds .
I definitely will be back as a regular client
will do the massage next also

I enjoyed the float experience tremendously. The fit out is superb, the chill out space a wonderful and necessary segue back to reality. So relaxing! It is quite jarring to have a voice over a loudspeaker inform you your session is over after 60 minutes of utterly glorious silence and darkness. Otherwise it was perfect! Thank you so much.

I was apprehensive initially as it is located at a busy plaza and wasn’t sure how private and relaxing it would be but…they did an amazing job! From start to finish it was incredible including the lovely staff.
Serene, relaxing, quiet, private & hygienic.
Oh and affordable pricing too !
Went in to try the float tanks & left floating in bliss.
We will definitely be back.

I had my first float today and LOVED it. I could not fault Laura’s professionalism and hospitality. When I arrived, the whole plaza was experiencing a power outage, and yet she still welcomed me and two other guests for a cup of tea, a kombucha and a chat while we waited for the power to come back on. She gave us a tour through the beautiful facilities, which had clearly been put together with a lot of love, time and care, and made us feel so welcome and included.
My float experience was amazing. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed to switch off and relax. I enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish and will definitely be back for another float soon. I highly recommend City Cave Coffs Harbour and will be telling all my friends!

I first floated in the early 90s in Sydney when it was quite a rage. Since then, finding float centres has been far and few between ao when I saw a sign at Park Beach Plaza about the new City Cave centre, I went straight there and was met by the owner Laura. She very kindly gave me the complete tour and I was very very impressed. The centre is beautifully appointed has a tranquil vibe with soft lighting and a total feeling of calm. I still had quite a few things to do but couldn't resist to try their amazing float room. Even though it has been 5 years, I managed to fall into total relaxation quite quickly and just loved the float. I opted for total silence and total darkness (yo can ask for music and leave the light on if you wish). It gave me the feeling of total relaxation to the extent of like I was a floating in space. I didn't feel like I was in water anymore just felt warm and like I was lying on the softest mattress but without any pressure on any part of my body. Hard to explain but cannot recommend it enough. I've noticed sore muscles or back, neck and shoulder pain can reduce or disappear after just one float provided you allow your body to totally relax.

So Relaxing.
I had a wonderful massage then a float tank experience. I had my own private room with a large salt pool and shower, I could control the entire experience, and found the deep serenity so relaxing. I look forward to visiting again to add a sauna!

I've had a float and sauna so far. I've only ever had a float in enclosed pods, so the open float was amazing. The staff and the whole place is warm, welcoming and very relaxing before you even start your appointment. Love it and so happy you are in Coffs. The relaxation area is a lovely way to chill and end enjoy a tea, afterwards.

I was absolutely blown away by my experience at City Cave. From the moment I arrived, I was cared for and tended to by their amazing team. My massage session was with Esther and I can confidently say that it was the best massage of my life. She was so attentive and kind, I walked out of there so relaxed. I’m almost struggling to put it into words but I can’t wait for my next session!

City Cave is a welcome addition to Coffs Harbour. Lovely space, super clean, quality modern facilities, thoughtful service and relaxed vibe. Sauna devotees will love the Clearlight saunas. Floating is a unique experience and needs to be tried more than once. I can’t wait to book my next visit which will be a float and massage.Thank you Laura.

My experience in the float tank exceeded all expectations. It’s difficult to express just how physically and mentally relaxing it was. I went in with very sore muscles after days of hiking and came out feeling like a big marshmallow. The owner Laura and her son are absolutely lovely. The space is beautiful. Do yourself a favour and go check this place out.

Another fantastic flauna!! I can’t get enough of this place! The atmosphere is so relaxing from the tea room with delicious teas to the sauna where you can put your own music on and the hydro bath I could stay in all day! Can’t wait till next month for my next flauna and after my operation will be joining the monthly membership! Also Sophie is so helpful and delightful. Great place couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Absolutely loved my recent float at City Cave Coffs Harbour. The centre was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the float left me feeling very relaxed, and also relived the neck tension I have been having. I will be back!
