I find it a beautiful strip of sand & water with a safe, guarded area to swim and of course you've got Norries headland on the right which is definitely worth a walk to top for an uninterrupted 180° view up & down the coast. Access to a shower as you leave and a choice of cafe's to satisfy your hunger.

One of the most laid back stunning beaches you will find and recently voted as the best beach in Australia 2019. And why wouldn’t it be? Pristine waters for great swimming and surfing, a beautiful headland walk and lookout where you can watch the whales 🐳 go past at sea. Lots of picnic areas, places for the kids to play nice beaches that are never overly crowded .. it’s a magical piece of paradise just over the border and only half an hour south of the Gold Coast.
