Needed some ice for tonight and a top bloke with a whopping moustache named Trent got a hammer and started chiseling away at the ice fridge with a hammer as the ice bags were stuck to the bottom. Lost his thumb in the process but we got out bags of ice… talk about great customer service. What a man. What a moustache.

I came in here with my 2 kids in the double pram looking for beer for my husband and had no idea what to get him. I was greeted by Michael who was very kind and helpful and offered suggestions in my price range and went into the cool room for me so I didnt have to with the kids. He went above and beyond trying to find something for me and insisted in helping me to the checkout as I had the pram. Very friendly staff and awesome customer service.

I visit this place so often my google phone thinks its my work place. So easy to order online and then pick up....or you're likely to meander through the place and rationalise a six pack of ciders with that bourbon litre and a bottle of wine for the spouse. The more you spend the more you're saving right?

Range is amazing and prices are really good most of the time. Members deals really makes trying new beers and wines exciting and have always got the right advice when asking questions from the mostly happy and friendly staff. They have moved a few thing around in the past year and things are now easier to find. Always have stock available and I rarely leave without something new under the arm. Cheers to you Melton Dan's!

Got to get my savings... n honestly every time I go into the store to purchase my jack....... I always check the price b4 going in and I keep it up on my phone to show the staff and they have always given me the cheaper price

The staff seem to be quite knowledgeable especially the gentleman in the wine section. The rest of the staff are always friendly too.
