I have been dealing with Harcourts now for a few years renting a storage shed and now a house, and in my time going through them they have always been patient, understanding, helpful and happy to go above and beyond to make sure their clients are well accommodated. They are happy to work along side their renters to help them through any tough financial situations they may encounter, to the best of their ability ofcourse. Their team are friendly, easy to talk to and compassionate, to put it simply their customer service skills are fantastic.

The team at Harcourts Moe-Newborough are fantastic. I rented through them for 5 or 6 years and each person I have spoken to over the years have been amazing. I had both Jahleesa and Alysha as my property managers during my tenancy and both were easy to speak to. Also the sales team were great to speak with as well when the house went on the market. I can not fault anyone I have spoken to over the length of my tenancy.

We have been renting through Harcourts Moe a few years now and have no cause for compliant at all. They are easy to deal with and make everything simple and streamlined. No jumping through hoops to get our rent paid, great communication regarding inspections and smoke detectors and heater maintenance. Maintenance and repairs are able to be organised by a simple phone call and are seen to promptly. The staff are friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
