Good safe work practices

Have never met our rep, wouldn't even know his/her name. Ive called four times in the last week to try to get some information, each time I'm told the rep will give me a call back that day. Each day crickets. They get an extra star because some of the frozen and dry bulk lines are priced fairly sharp but I'd probably do alot more trade with them if it wasn't the worst customer care I've experienced with any of our suppliers ever.

Management dont know how to manage. They dont like the truth. And would rather sack a worker whom does the job of many and hold a grudge instead of working it out and having good workers. I'm glad top management feels better about themselves that their personal feelings can get someone sacked immediately. Simply not good enough.

Can't wait for Woolies (65%shareholder) to share their professional approach for this business. It has to be the worst around. The staff certainly have it all over the owners and treat customers like they are an inconvenience.

I worked there for a couple of months. Horrible management, making decisions based on emotions, zero professionalism. Worst place I have ever been in my life so far.

Terrible service, most the time most of my orders are always wrong and when trying to sort out my orders I am always spoken to horribly, do not buy from this company! I’ve heard many bad things and I still bought from them, and highly regret.

Find another supplier. Completely incompetent
