Was served by Ian on 2 visits on the weekend. His service and his willingness to help was absolutely brilliant. Was a couple of online items, told me if I ordered them Saturday he would have them there Monday

I love this store! Always had what I need. Is closer than driving to Bunnings, and the prices are no different or even better when comparing equivalent products (sure, Bunnings has cheaper stuff, but I'm talking about same quality here). Always helpful staff.

BMS Mitre 10 - pleasant, helpful staff member. I was directed by her to where the product I required was located and found it there with no trouble.
Entire visit took less than 10 minutes and, as it's not far from my residence, I'll go there in the future, when required.

Have called this place my " hardware of choice" since 2002. Everything can be found here. Staff are pleasant to deal with. Large range of products.

I'm so pleased with the new staff member in plant section. I was there on the 25/10/23 and the young girl was brilliant. She was asking everyone if they needed help. She pointed out a salvia that I might like and I purchased it. Nothing was too much trouble. Great to see a change and fresh faces

Yesterday I broke down outside and had to park in the car park of Mitre 10. Two lovely men came out to have a look at my car for me while I waited for my family to come and help.

My store on Stenner St is amazing. They always have what I need, staff are so helpful and patient.

Friendly staff quick to assist, it's not to crowded, enjoy shopping here especially looking for things for my new place, you always find what you looking for the price is good to this is where I go if I'm looking for beautiful plants and household staff, love it here.

Went in looking for some bits for a project I have at home. The staff were very helpful and new exactly what I was after . They are very knowledgeable and I thank them for their advice.

I love this place, always good, and knowledgeable service.. they know their stuff. After getting the runaround from bigger competitors, Steve & Vicki helped me get timber decking I needed no fuss, and delivered the same day. Other places may promise a lot, but this crew actually listens to you, and makes the extra effort!
