Always working hard to accommodate everyone. I try to get my acrylics done every 2 - 3 weeks but they last up to 5 !

I had made an appointment for 22nd December...after sitting waiting for almost an hour and not being seen too. I made another appointment for 23rd December. At which I did a lot of waiting again. Once seated I waited some more, then they made a start on my nails. They were only half through the first hand when I was made to wait some more. Then both hands were stripped of old shellac, I waited some more. Then someone else did the refills of my acrylics, then I was made to, you guessed it, wait some more. After I finally got my nails finished I had been in there for nearly 2 hours. Atrocious business ethics to allow customers to wait so long and I know I wasn't the only one. I will never be returning to this establishment!!
