Such a wide range of amazing products! A deli, butcher, and bakery all in one spot. Staff are efficient and friendly too. Well laid out store. A staple in grocery shopping.

Pleasant shopping experiences are what I'm satisfied with every time I come to Schinella. Staff are friendly and welcoming. This local supermarket sells almost all the essentials for your daily needs. Flowers here are always kept fresh and beautiful. Yummy cakes. It's right in Prospect, so it's convenient for local people and even the surrounding areas as well.

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating and patient. The quality and freshness of food is outstanding. I look forward to going her especially when I am hungry :).

The staff at the bakery and at the florist, they were really friendly and patience during I was deciding (and it was really really hard trust me). At the bakery they also make a really good coffee and fresh focaccia. It was like a paradise for me. Its a must try if you are in Adelaide.

Schinella's used to be Adelaide Fresh Fruit and Veg which has always been one of the better fruit and veg retailers in Adelaide.
This store is well stocked in great quality produce including all sorts of cheeses, smallgoods, breads and precooked foods prepared on the premises.
A quality butcher is also there for your fresh and aged meats as well as a baker, they have the greatest pasties.
It's pretty hard to list everything they carry but there is one thing you gotta keep in mind, such a well stocked shop with good quality produce doesn't come cheap.
It can be expensive so don't forget the first rule of shopping...

Today was my first time ever at this local supermarket. Asked the butcher for bones for my dog and they said they ran out. After I left Will came out to the car park trying to find me and he told me we found some at the back. Great costumer service I was really impressed, will be definitely back👍🏼

Excellent range of fresh fruits, vegies, breads, cakes, meats, and more. Their platters are excellent quality. The friendly staff adds to a positive experience.

I'm very rarely in the area, so it's unfortunately not so much of a 'local' for me but every shopping trip here has been very pleasant. Particularly very fond of the harder to find variety of seasonal vegetables (mainly mediterranean) which are stocked here.

An amazing store with a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as a florist and a bakery. Bakery has lots of delicious products. I love taking away for family and friends. They are fresh and good quality. Prices are a bit on the higher end. I’d recommend a visit.

Didn't grab her name, but the blue haired lady wearing glasses in the bakery section made me a sensational coffee today. Just what the doctor ordered!
More broadly, I've never had a bad experience at Schinella's and my family always enjoys popping in for fresh produce or baked goods.

Popped in here today after voting at Blacks. bought X2 salads, large tray of fresh cannelloni and sauerkraut. Cost me about $40 but my oh my was it worth it! I mainly came to review because of the service I received. I wish I actually got her name. I was served by a tiny girl with big blue eyes at the very end counter by the door. She was super bubbly and one of the most friendliest people I think I have ever spoken to! I suffer from anxiety and find check-outs overwhelming but this girl was so happy to chat, made me feel so welcome and because of this I will definitely be returning! I hope she sees this and remembers who I am from my order! Lucky to have great staff!!

Easy way to order catering for Christmas. Staff confirmed everything quickly and put food into heat trays which was amazing.
Food was divine, delicious, super yummy and fed us all for lunch plus dinner.

I've bought my fruit and vegetables at Schinellas since I moved into the area but rarely used the butcher located there. What a mistake!
I like to eat organic when I can so purchased a Lowan Park chicken to roast. It was a great size, tender, juicy and just delicious. It cost a bit more but worth every cent compared to mainstream chicken. I totally recommend!

I personally absolutely love this store. I love stores where the people who work there always say hello, call me by name and are always willing to have a quick chat.The produce is always fresh as well as local and well priced.
The Store has a historical interest for me as the family started in Broken Hill and my 93-year-old grandmother would buy her fruit and veg from them in her younger years.

There is a fantastic range of local continental meats and both local and imported cheeses and the girls behind the counter REALLY know their business. (The store also has a loyalty card scheme Meaning that a couple of times a year I can shop and spend little to nothing on my purchases)

The premises is also shared by a butcher shop( which has an excellent assortment of cuts however I feel for some things is slightly overpriced)
A florist which has an amazingly interesting range of bouquets for those looking for something a little different) and a patisserie with an assortment of delightful looking cakes(for those looking for a little something as a treat) and a great range of breads including quite a few different sourdough loaves and rolls.

This store is not only a fantastic place to stop in on the way home from work for your weekly essentials but is also a great place to stock up if you’re heading down a little and across the road to St. Helens Park on the weekend for a barbecue.

I do my shopping here constantly. This gem of a store offers a wide variety of fresh & local fruit, veg, dairy, small goods, meats, bakery items, flowers and more at very fair prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful, I don’t think I’ve ever walked in and not had at least one passing staff member say hi. The only reason I go to a supermarket is to buy cleaning products. Plus they have a great rewards system too that equates to a $10 discount now and then.

Awesome shop. Butcher has epic meat. Great bread. Lots of continental supplies and produce.

Not the cheapest place to shop for fruit, veg and small goods but certainly one of the best in terms of freshness and selection.

Their porchetta rolls purchasable Saturday lunch time is among my favourite items

I came into Schinella’s Wed. 28/4/22 4.15pm. One young lady in florist section. Purchased some tulips 🌷 for a gift 🎁. She made a beautiful, stunning presentation, lovely bunch of flowers & gave me impeccable service. Could you please thank her. Thank You 😊
