From the start Steve has been awesome, helping us pick the right aircon unit to organising installation. They offered the best prices in comparison to other companies, and managed to get it installed just in time for christmas. The guys who installed it were great, got in and had it all done within a few hours.
They even even helped us out with some queries after installation. Legends!
They are located and easy to find at Kawana shopping centre. If your after an aircon highly recommend going to chat to them.

Dealing with the AC Store regarding a new ducted install (replacing an old Carrier system) was the easiest of the three companies contacted. The replacement Fujitsu was installed in a day. Very professional installation team (although it was very warm day especially in the roof cavity) and everything went like clockwork. Excellent clean up and removal of old system. James and Steve were very knowledgeable and explained throughly the AirTouch 2+ controller, it is extremely versatile and able to be controlled by an app on your devices. It’s to be recommended.

I had a back to back split system installed and from the quoting to the final install was effortless and easy. They really listed to my concerns and offered great options. Wish all companies had this level of customer service excellence. Great work guys very happy with the results!

I had an issue with AC not working, James managed to come have a look within his busy schedule, identified the issue and had his team fix it the next day.
everyone I dealt with whether it was james, the people in the shop i spoke to on the phone, or the guys who fixed the issue, were friendly and very helpful.
