I'm all for 1-star reviews for those who deserve it, but others have to understand that there is only one person running the shop at any given time. I think they prioritise there customers appropriately. And yes, I was ignored the first time I visited because there were others before me. When I was served I understood why; the attendant was incredibly helpful and had to be shooed away for being too helpful. Keep up the good work.

A lot to see if your into craft

my experience at Kaisercraft Wodonga was not what I expected from such a nice shop. I was left at the counter with my items I wanted to purchase for 5 minutes, while the young lady walked around prioritising customers just browsing. When I asked if I could please be served because I was in a hurry to get home before the storms hit I was rudely told wait my turn when I was the first one at the check out.
Would not recommend going to this store as they prefer to talk all day then serve paying customers.

The women at the counter today was rude and unfair. She made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. I do hope next time I shop here it is different.
