I had a terrible experience with their product and their customer service was abysmal. After just one use, the serving spoons and serving tray started showing signs of wear and tear, despite not being exposed to any extreme conditions. I diligently followed all the cleaning instructions provided by the seller, but it still developed unsightly black spots.
When I reached out to them for advice and assistance, all I received was a vague promise to "check with the vendor" and arrange a follow-up and offered a 50% refund. This was not a satisfactory solution for me, as I had purchased the product with the intention of using it long-term. I patiently waited for a month, but there was no response. When I contacted them again, they resorted to playing the blame game, suggesting that I must have done something wrong. There was absolutely no sense of ownership or responsibility on their part.
I strongly caution anyone considering their products to stay away. The product quality is extremely poor, and their customer service is nothing short of pathetic. It's a waste of your hard-earned money, and I regret ever purchasing from them.
