I have known sensei David for many year's now and trained with him a long time ago, David is a very dedicated individual who is passionate about his teaching and structure in martial arts as well as life. I highly recommend the school and instructors should you ever want to learn to defend yourself or to just get fit and meet new people and be part of a awesome organization.

Of all the available martial arts, I'm glad my three children are doing Empower Jiu Jitsu. The style is complete and well rounded making it a great choice for people who'd like to be prepared for just about anything.

The kids have been doing it for 6 years and are still enjoying it. In that time they have progressed well. They have learned discipline, self determination and compassion for their peers and others around them, all values that I hold in high regard.

Sensei Dave and guest instructors impart their knowledge and the above mentioned values in a unique light hearted way, while keeping the learning coming. Those thinking of self defense should pop in for a look, seeing is believing.

I knew sensei Dave when he was a white belt he was driven to learn everything he could and after some years I recently attended a class. I found sensei Dave to be just as driven to imparting his knowledge to his students. If you were looking at starting jujutsu but not to sure this is definitely one of the few places to visit. Very solid and effective techniques backed with one of the best head instructors being sensei Jordan you could not go wrong

I cant tell you how impressed I am with sensei Dave training style. Training on how to respond in real world situations. Smaller class sizes meaning a more intimate one on one learning experience.
