Great customer service with Great turnaround time.

We had shipped a refurbished PC to a client when PC arrived it wasn't posting so we asked Hastings to check the PC out on our behalf as we're located in Sydney they were more than happy to assist.

After my computer spontaneously shut down and started releasing an a ominous burning odour at the beginning of the work day, I called the guys at Hastings IT and dropped the system into them. They quickly identified the issue and had me back up and running within half a day! I've known Paul for a few years and his knowledge of IT is second to none. What's more is that he takes the time to explain things to you.

No respect for the customer.
About 6 months ago, I contacted the service center twice and no one answered my questions.
I recently contacted an agent, they promised to contact me, and again I didn't hear back
I received no response.
