VHM Bros

First time coming to VHM bros. We had the Chicken VHM Signature Fried Rice and the Swicy Fried Chicken & Steamed Rice. Both dishes were really good and tasty. The food did take a bit too long to arrive. The prices were alright for a night out.
The restaurant was nice and clean. There were a lot of people but it didn’t feel crowded or super noisy. The atmosphere was good as well as the decor. The restaurant is conveniently located in the middle of Craigieburn central.
Staff is friendly and attentive
Overall, this is a great place to go out for dinner

Best vietnamese restaurant in craigieburn.
Food - Pho tasted good with fresh sides. Spring rolls was also good and freshly fried same as with the fried squid. Fried rice for me a tad bit dry, but not a deal breaker. Umami flavour was present and ingredients were equally portioned. I added their chilli garlic paste condiment to the fried rice and it elevated the dish even more, spicy but well balanced.
Service - crew were very helpful and i feel their enthusiasm. They always ask if how is the food and service was quick imho.
Atmosphere- lots of tables and ambiance was cozy and relaxing.
Overall this place is a hidden gem in craigieburn. One of those must try food places around the area. Plus points as i here aunty shouting at the back kitchen making it more an authentic vietnamese resto in vietnam.

ALWAYS A 10/10 for us. We’ve been coming here weekly for months now and they’ve never disappointed us. Customer service is top tier, nice and clean restaurant and the crispy chicken, pho and BBH are our absolute favssssss with a can of coke on the side aha. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore. 😊

Still the best pho for me, tried out several famous pho in the city but this pho really suits my taste. Taste very flavourful especially their beef meatballs & sliced beef were very tender.

Amazing Vietnamese food, free wifi the tea is flavour less but the food is amazing. And amazing service employees are so nice and try to help you as much as they can.

We ordered stir fried hooken noodles, chicken vegetables with rice and steamed wonton…. For desert mango pudding. Food was amazing, fresh, perfect to the taste with lovely environment. The best thing is they are Halal certified 😊. The portion was generous so good value for money. How can I not mention customer service… they crossed all limits to make their customers feel welcomed. Really happy with over all experience 😍😍😍

This place is one of those places where you'll know the food is good by just looking at the queue and free seats (majority of the time full).

Its in a food court but the meal.can compete with other restos out there.

The service is just excellent, friendly staff and the food is just generous, tasty and something you'll comeback to every weekend. Our fave is the fried wantons and the super yummy pork chop. Again, the serving is generous.

A delicious experience. VHM Bros was very accomodating of our large group despite being busy. Everyone working there was very knowledgeable and passionate about their menu and were able to thoroughly answer all of our questions. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the customer service was welcoming and generous. Our food arrived in a timely manner and every dish was hot and fresh, a lovely experience eating a cuisine that we have not experienced enough of. Very lucky to have this little gem in our local shopping centre.

Second time being here, food was amazing I had the Stir Fry Combination Hokken Noodles. Friendly and welcoming service and the food was awesome definitely worth the price 👌🏻👍🏻

Super busy restaurant in the central, large servings and tasty.
Good for a quick fix or even takeout

Pork chops: as expected for an authentic Vietnamese dish, I wish this was a broken rice pork chop dish though as it was so close and got me craving.

Combination Flat Noodle Stirfry: this fixed my craving for a noodle stirfry! Wasn’t too sure what protein to choose so I got the combination, personally in the future I would go with seafood, vegetables or beef. The chicken didn’t really do anything for my tastebuds when the other options were so good

Fried Wontons: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, one of the best fried wontons I’ve had

Springrolls: they were good, however the wontons stole the show. Personally I don’t like white pepper as much and I the taste of white pepper was too strong for me (note this is the normal amount of white pepper in Vietnamese food, I’m just broken)

Everything was amazing, couldn’t fault anything! The taste, the texture, everything was great. You will not find better pho in Craigieburn

VHM Bros is hands down my favorite place to visit! Their dark fried rice is absolutely delicious and never fails to satisfy my cravings. What makes the experience even better is the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend VHM Bros for a delightful dining experience!

Took the family out to try Vietnamese food for the first time and this place didn’t disappoint. We had the famous Pho Soup (Beef), seared Beef stir fry and the deep fried chicken. We also had vegetarian spring rolls and mixed wontons. Our food was cooked to perfection, on time and fresh. We were given handy tips on how to enhance our experience. We look forward to returning to explore other items on the menu. They have halal friendly options. Without hesitation we recommend this place for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Their move to their new location in the next 2 weeks.
