Properties by M are thorough, professional, knowledgeable and with great communication at every stage. We have two properties now managed by Magali. The first she has managed for over a year , our tenants are happy and so are we. The second property I have just transferred to Magali from a completely incompetent agent - and she is now fixing all the problems created by that agent. I wish I had made that move sooner. Properties by M is of course a new business, however Magali has a proven track record of impecable service, top shelf advice and a care factor for both the Land lord and tennant alike. Magali has a top shelf portfolio of contractors on hand who are also driven by the exact same customer service and attention to detail. Along with keeping regular detailed maintenance plans and inspections in place I can honestly not fault anything Magali does.
