Rhino Property Management

We were tenants of a property managed by Rhino. Our experience was really positive. Our property was initially in the hands of a different real estate agency, and when Rhino took over, Cath introduced herself and ensured a smooth transition. She was always very attentive of any concerns we raised and promptly replied to email and texts. We also had great interaction with Deb who was welcoming and friendly.

I recently rented a property through RPM. Cathy was incredibly friendly and professional. The process of the agreement and contract was fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Prior to moving my rental properties to Rhino Property Management, I had no end of issues, and felt like I was managing the properties myself, even engaging with tenants who were frustrated. She will take the time to pick up the phone and talk to you through things, or reply back to emails quickly, which really helps us feel confident.
