Popped into the new store and it’s definitely an upgrade! Bigger space so there is more to choose from. All the scents are beautiful and the fragrance lasts so long especially the wax melts! Great prices for such great quality candles and lovely customer service.

I've tried every candle company and I've not found this kind of power in the scents as I have with HEAVENS CANDLES. I can't wait to get home every night and put on one of their melts or candles...that's my piece of "heaven". Prices are the best for that kind of quality. And their customer service? It's real customer service the way life used to be when you could get real support from a real person. What a concept🤣. I love this company!

I love this store!! Customer service is huge for me. If it's good service I'm going to talk about it. I have always had a delightful experience when I've been in to this store. They are always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to buy gifts or needs a pick me up with some essential oils, maybe some candles which by the way, they refill them. BONUS!! No more buying candles and throwing the empty holder away.

Absolutely 💯 my favourite candle shop. The owner is local and is a small business. Prices are so reasonable and I love that I can ask for extra strong fragrance in a candle made for me. My house is always smelling so amazing. Definitely recommend them. Have wonderful customer service everytime I go in and I love being able to get my candles from a small business knowing it's made locally.

I love this store!! All of the candles and more are hand-made in the store! It is an Australian owned small business, which I love to support, and the store manager Belle is so friendly I love just going in to brows and see what new specials they have.. everything is refillable aswell so super sustainable and eco-friendly. Love you guys!

Best, most fragrant candles and melts ever! I don't even bother with other brands anymore because nothing beats Heavens Candles. Plus the variety is insane! I will continue to make the 30 minute trip in to keep buying more melts!

Everybody in the store was kind and helpful and knew heaps about the products. Their range of scents and products are dazling and the knowledge behind all of their products are very helpful. I'll come back for some melts for my warmer in the future. 👍

Heaven’s candles is amazing! I always thought I’d be a Glasshouse girl but these are much better, and locally made. Soooo many scents to choose from, the staff are lovely and let you look peacefully, and I love that you can bring your candle back for a refill! Perfect for gift shopping (or for yourself if you have a candle obsession like me)
