In recent days I have had the pleasure in discussing changed Delivery Options with Julie Gray. I must admit I did have some Challenges in getting to the Point of Finalizing my New Homes full complement of Windows and Doors through Dowell Windows but Julie has renewed my believe that some in this world still know and appreciate the term Customer Service. If only we could clone Julie multiple times over and move away from the AI - BOT mentality that many Enterprizes are implementing the World of Commerce would be a Better Place. Great Work Julie Gray

A huge thank you to Julie for going above and beyond to help us with our windows/doors in our build. We had a challenging time with our builder and Julie was able to quickly resolve our issues. Wanted someone to come and measure and quote on a security screen door and was told they are "not geared to do this". My entire house is with Dowell Windows and is only 6 years old. Very disappointed with this lack of service.
