My next visit was a Sauna for 30 mins gazing out through glass walls, it really felt like I was in a jungle. So relaxing.

The moment i walked in i felt so welcomed. I was actually really excitement to try Cryotherapy for the first time, especially having my mind eased by Hannah, Jess and Melvin. They are such an amazing team and make it such a wonderful experience. Cryotherapy has to be my favourite out of all the Therapies ❄ and it has completely changed my life 🙌

Hannah very kindly opened her home business on Sun as I was unable to book on Sat. My naturopath recommended far infrared sauna as I’ve been having some persistent skin issues, and the light in this sauna penetrates deeper. The 1 person sauna is located on a large balcony with a forest outlook. Afterwards I had a cold shower inside. All the towels were provided. The sauna definately helped with my skin rashes and also my stress levels. Thank you and I will definately rebook soon!

What a great place! Loved it from the moment i stepped in. So professional and knowledgeable and very high quality gear. Super clean and welcoming and felt amazing after. I'm currently training for a 100km Ultra and will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys.

Hi All .. I highly recommend recovery jungle.. Not only do they really listen to you.. the Cryo has helped my lower back inflammation. 12months ago I was meant to have an operation on my L 4& 5 the Cryo has reduced the pain so much I do not believe I need it operated on. Now I have frozen shoulder too and in one treatment I have had more movement than before and pain has come down considerably.
I am so impressed by recovery jungle and their staff that I am now becoming a weekly member 🤩🙌🏼🙏🏼

From the time I walked in, I was treated so well be the young lady Jess, who was on the front desk. Jess was so warm and inviting, and communicated so clearly with me about what I would be doing, as it was my first time there. She talked to me while I was having the crytherapy session, and took my mind off the intense cold. Then put me into the hip compression device, which was fantastic. All the while talking with me and making me feel so comfortable, in a place I'd never been before, doing something, if never done. Jess was an absolute delight, and one of the most amazing, inspiring people I have ever met. Her communication skills are incredible, and her warm friendly demeanour, is out of this world. I urge everybody to go to the recovery jungle.

Absolutely amazing! This place is so fricken good. Had my first experience here a couple of weeks ago and can’t wait to go back. The process was explained in a lot detail and the benefits of each process. I loved it that much and felt that good I booked in again and also for my husband. Can highly recommend. Had so much energy and muscles and joints felt great after having the intro offer!

What a great experience! The staff were amazing and helped calm my initial anxiety which allowed me to enjoy and feel the benefits of the cryotherapy, comprehension boots and the infra-red sauna. Can't wait to do it again.

Amazing experience, I didn't realise how amazing it was until a few days later. I had my first ever cryo and I actually really loved the sensation of being in the cold but some of the biggest changes after one session I didn't notice until 2 days later. I wasn't really sure what I wanted out of it or what to expect but my fluid around my stomach and legs has reduced to the point I look like I train every day (lol I dont) and the texture of my skin is tight and firm. My body overall feels incredible and I will be making this a weekly routine. You must try!!

Just had my first session at Recovery Jungle and to say I am feeling so amazing and relaxed feels like an understatement. I am not recovering from any injuries I did this as a anti inflamatory, detoxing and general wellbeing treat for my body. Highly recommend this

Brought my wife here and she really loves it, it's helped her chronic fatigue so much. She also convinced me to come and it's actually helped my mental health which is surprising. The staff are lovely as well!

Was terrified at first but staff was amazing. I am Fibromyalgia warrior and Herbalist the after affects were amazing first time and almost completely pain free in months. 100% recommended
