99 Bikes Lawnton

I went to 99 Bikes Lawnton to purchase a charger lead for my front headlight on my bike today and when I asked the staff member about the charger lead he told me that they cannot be sold separately from the headlight that is supplied with the charger lead. I asked about the price and it was very reasonable and then I purchased the headlight including the charger. It was another great result from my most recent trip to 99 Bikes Lawnton. I am now charging both lights front and rear. Thanks for the great service.

Great staff and service! I went in a couple of times with my son to choose a mountain bike for his birthday and the staff were so knowledgeable and took time helping us choose the perfect bike (which he absolutely loves). Would absolutely recommend the Lawnton store to anyone!

Scott, the bike mechanic, at 99 Bikes in Lawnton is one the best bike mechanics I have ever used. He is friendly, detail oriented and all about perfectionism. I have used Scott twice and both times I have been blown away by his great work on my bike.

Absolutely stellar group of people! So incredibly knowledgeable but not condescending, so helpful and not judgemental at all even though we absolutely deserved it. Had a great chat, left so happy!

Took bike to Jack at Lawnton and i was back on the road within 3 days due to postage of parts.

Superb service! These guys are very passionate with helping customers. I got my first bike for almost a month from this shop and after having some time to have a feel of it and some minor issues, I decided to swap to a different one. I purchased a bike elsewhere as my daughter was still quite young and wanted barbie which 99 bikes did not have.

I was unsure of how to secure a part on the bike correctly, and it’s been sitting in the garage for months. I’ve been so embarrassed but finally headed into 99 bikes to ask for some help.

The man who served me was kind, he gave the bike a very through tighten and once over, even interacted with my young daughter, now that’s service !

Have shopped here and popped in to ask for advice multiple times. In all instances, even on the phone, every single encounter with any staff member has been extremely positive and a great example of customer service. I shouldn't say this - might get the staff in trouble with the boss - but these guys have saved me a lot of money with practical advice on how to fix up older bike parts to keep them serviceable - instead of trying to upsell or spend on new things not really needed. It is very helpful for someone like myself who isn't the most knowledgeable to be able to ask for advice and receive quality help from extremely friendly and well trained staff. I have been to a few 99 Bikes around Brisbane's north, and they have all been good, but Lawnton is particularly excellent.

Guys here are amazing! They fixed my horribly self assembled bicycle for my daughter 2 days before Christmas and charged me nothing! Even pumped up the tyres for me

I went into the store this morning with my grandchildren for my grandsons breaks on his bike.
It was our third visit and each time the guys are so friendly and helpful.
Twice it was for minor jobs that they didnt even charge for.

First time using 99 Bikes Lawnton. Booked my Merida MTB in for a standard plus service.I was met by Sam when i dropped it off on Friday morning, I told Sam it will need back brake pads and bleeding, he advise before i left lets put it on the stand and see what else needs doing he advise me that it needed a lot more work, new chain and rear cassette, two new rear pulley wheels. Sam asked when i needed back i said next week is fine, i got a message on the next day Saturday to say my bike is ready. Sam explain to me in detail what needed doing and didn't try to oversell what i dont need. With employees like Sam you will have no trouble keeping customers like me returning to your business.
