My colleague and I had a mother of pearl name badge made for each of us. Couldn't fault the customer service, went out of his way to help, actually staying after he closed so we could pick them up before we left town. They look amazing so much so we are hoping to get a couple more done. Thank you they are beautiful.

Sent my girlfriend to get our knives sharpened there, arrived with an hour to spare but was initially turned away.
In the end knives were adequately sharpened but left quite dirty, only $15 so you get what you pay for. Customer service was very average, could do with a touch up in that area.

Apart from a complete lack of customer service or friendliness, the repairs were over priced, very poorly done and ended in the shoes being thrown out An easy repair turned into 3 visits as the shoe maker glued the shoe together the wrong way leaving the broken strap hanging off. On the last visit to pick up the shoe he handed it to me with large glue stains and damage to the base if the shoe. Despite been totally in the wrong having fumbled a repair damaging a customers shoes, this business owner was unapologetic, aggressive and rude. I'm not sure why?? It was a bit on the odd side.

Got a pair of boots resoled here. Every time i came to the store the owner was absent and i had to wait for him to show up. Eventually got my boots back and the soles looked to be well-sewed on, however both soles came off within a week of bringing them home. Complete waste of time and money.
