It took Alex a few moments to diagnose a painful injury that has plagued me for 4-5 years: proximal hamstring tendinopathy or 'yoga butt'. After just a couple of appointments, and a series of prescribed home exercises, I am able to sleep on my right side again for the first time in a year or more.
