I can see why he is always busy, friendly easy to understand questions are always answered for this none car technical girl. If I could buy another 100 cars I would, Tarun is real credit to not only Canberra Toyota Belconnen but to the service industry as a whole. Employee of the year I say!

The Toyota team at Belconnen serviced my car thoroughly and professionally as they always do. I wouldn’t take my 2014 model Corolla anywhere else. I really believe it’s why I have had so few problems with my car over the years.

The staff in the service department are always friendly on arrival, promptly check you in and efficiently notify you if there are additional repairs required to your car. The staff at the reception desk are welcoming and detail the work that has been done.

Was looking at a RAV in my favourite colour of all I call it electric blue. The sales person was extremely prompt in getting back to me. Took extra photos for me being interstate. Even followed it up afterwards.

Even though I didn’t purchase this car I am very impressed with the service from this dealership to try and help me! I will keep Belconnen Toyota in my mind as a place to buy from in the future.

My experience at Belconnen Toyota was absolutely awesome. Lovely staff and amazing general manager Lisa was lovely and caring.
Latham Primary School students were kindly chaperoned to and from the dealership to visit the AFL premiership cup and were over the moon. The kind staff supported all students and adults to see the cup and were given drinks and food along with the whole experience.
Overall, one of the greatest experiences I have been apart of and something the kids will remember for a life time!!

Outstanding customer service from Lisa and her team including Michael and Joseph. Long lead time on my new 2022 Hilux due to Covid 19 chip shortages, however, Canberra Toyota kept me informed of developments every step of the way. Lisa pulled out all stops to have the car fitted out with the accessories ASAP once the vehicle arrived - this allowed me to take the car on a trip away which avoided the need for a hire car. Obvious to me there is a great workplace culture as everytime I visited the showroom the team was always friendly, attentive and willing to help.

After only a 12month wait we had excitedly picked up our mineral blue Rav4 Cruiser from Belconnen Toyota today!!
There were some negative comments here that I believe were somewhat false as Belconnen Toyota strive to give excellent service and are flexible to iron out any issues that may arise during the purchasing process.
