Great place for some beers! Did a brewery tour (must book) and our guide was super informative and friendly! $30 for a drink, paddle and the tour, can’t beat it!
Really enjoyed the atmosphere, lots of seating upstairs and downstairs.
Highly recommend must do in the Gold Coast!

Goodness. A refurbished inside, and amazing Mexican and Italian food trucks? The best beer on tap, famous Australia wide. $5-7 pots and $8-11 schooners, $18 tasting paddles? What more can you ask for. The best brewery experience. And I’m from Melbourne..

What a hidden gem I discovered on walking into this place on a Sunday afternoon! It's spacious, with a few different areas and a variety of seating options with booths, picnic tables, and stools at high tables. The upstairs seating area on the mezzanine level is beautifully designed and is tucked away for those who want to have cosy chats. Of course, people come for the craft beer, and there's plenty of appealing options that rotate, but I had the Gin Fizz, a concoction with gin and grapefruit, and it was fantastic! My friends all loved the beers and tried a few. There's a welcoming atmosphere here, and they've managed to create a casual alfresco feeling inside, with plenty of natural light, some indoor lawn and picnic tables in one area which is like an indoor beer garden where there were families with young kids. I think perhaps they could consider suggesting byo snacks as an option which is something I've seen elsewhere, where the venue wasn't set up for serving food. There was a guitarist and a singer performing with music that made it the perfect afternoon. It's a great venue!

Amazing, Gorgeous and beautiful brewery in Qld! Great variety of beers and is very tasty. Lovely life music and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic afternoon that balter brewing started with a delicious can of hazy and our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable returned to a delicious tasting paddle the bar staff were great !
We really enjoyed our time here . delicious craft beers even took some home to enjoy along with our merchandise...
Would highly recommend visiting !!

Lots of selection of beer, however I expect them to serve spirits or other types of drinks. Well it's a brewery so can't complain.
It needs a kitchen! The food truck is good, but expect more selections.
More entertainment facility needed too. People just sit there and drink.
Overall, still recommend it

New refurb is amazing, what a great vibe and setting. Beers are top notch, loved the Nitro black and great selection of tasty IPA’s too! Well worth it.

Perfect atmosphere! Great combination of chilled music, lots of space and friendly staff. The beers and merchandise speak for themselves. Always make time to come back here.

Yummy beers and great service!! Also a very nice, big space with cool atmosphere. We brought our own food because the food truck wasn’t there, and they didn’t mind at all. 😊

I did the brewery tour on Saturday. What a awesome experience to see the size of the operation, learn the back story and see how it all comes together. Afterwards got to sample many of Balters finest brews. Highly recommended experience. 5 stars.

This is a pretty cool little microbrewery with a great deal more brews than you can get at your local BWS. If you've tried their tinnies like Captain Sensible then you'll definitely enjoy a visit here where you can enjoy some extra flavours like Handsome Elvis! The amazing staff will help you through some tastings if required and if you're still not sure, the tasting paddle will help clarify things: the beers are awesome!

A food truck rotates in to provide the food. The charcoal food truck there when we stopped in was excellent.

The microbrewery is a bit off the beach in Currumbin but still worth a trip.

It's a great venue with top beers. We went for a first home buyers seminar. It's a really nice venue, I'm interested in coming back to do a brewery tour and tasting more of their special beers 🍻🍻

I love Balter Beer. And I bloody love their setup in the Currumbin industrial estate. They have at least 10 beers on tap with a few rotating limited batches on offer. A merch store on site along with beer fridges you’d be crazy not to pay a visit. They even have a spot to the side where a food truck can pull up.

Have always loved Balter. First time getting down to Currumbin to visit the brewery. All on tap and a few exclusives which is always good.

Balter, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate. One of the best beers in Australia. $5 schooners from 4-6 on Fridays. Can I get a hoyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa? What a bargain. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to have some juicy beers in an A1 level brewery.
