PMC property have managed my investment property for around 6 years. They're great. Very responsive and no bullshit. Recommended.

I rented through PMC Property for 2+ years and found them absolutely wonderful! Karen and Monica managed our rental agreement and were always professional, respectful and informative.

The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful with any queries we had during our tenency and always provided us with any information about our queries that would impact us i.e. costs etc.

When we applied for the rental, we found out if we were successful or not within 48 hours and upon departing, we had our bond released within a week.

Only good experiences with them :)

Highly recommended! I found PMC Management when my neighbours began renting out their property. What struck me at first was that the tenants spoke so highly of Karen. When I then engaged PMC to manage my property it was seamless, stress free and a pragmatic experience. Karen worked to my requirements and understood the information I needed and when I needed it. We had a very unfortunate experience as tenants with Karen from PMC property management.

The only issue in our entire tenancy was that the owner wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the oven. Since we had already handed back the keys we agreed to pay for the contractor. We paid immediately and confirmed there was nothing more to pay.

My partner rang to speak to Karen about it and she was very condescending and berated us for “trying to get away with it” (the oven having some baked on marks that we couldn’t get off when we cleaned it). We asked if we could research our own contractor and her response was “it can’t just be Aunty Donna with a can of oven spray”

We then claimed our bond refund as we were satisfied we didn’t owe any more money. I received this hostile email:

“I can see that you have made a claim for the bond yourself. It won’t speed up the process, I still need to agree with it.

I’m sorry you didn’t trust me to process the bond in a timely manner.

Karen”

I responded by pointing out that we are entitled to claim our own bond from RBO.

She then sent me a receipt of payment for the oven cleaning. I assumed this meant she had received our money. When I emailed again a day later and asked if there was any further reason why she hadn’t approved our bond refund, I received another rude email saying because we elected to pay ourselves she was waiting until the funds were cleared with the bank before agreeing to release it.

Despite the funds clearing days ago, Karen has not agreed with our bond release, even though she sent a receipt of payment confirming funds were received.

We are very disappointed that we were treated with such hostility. We’re also confused as to why requesting our own bond back from RBO caused personal offence to a real estate agent. The only reason a REA needs to claim bond is if there is money owing from the tenant.

It seems that the only reason Karen hasn’t agreed with our bond release now is out of spite. Very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.
