Very hard working staff the manager was very helpful when I was trying to find my top. The store is kept in tidy condition especially compared to other valley girls the only bad thing is that the store it is in Morley galleria.

This is the cleanest valley girl store I’ve ever seen and the customer service is wonderful. I approached the manager looking for an outfit for a specific event and she showed me many possible options or what I could pair the pieces with, with the things I had already at home. They seem to really care about the customers experience!!!

The quality of the clothing is not very good but they have very good sales that excuse the bad quality because 'you get what you pay for'. As for product and store it is very nice and defenitely one of the cleanest valley girls i have ever been to. The only main issue I have is the customer service. The workers are extremely rude and are not helpful at all. every time I enter the store they ask me to leave my bag at the front but every single time they havent asked anyone else to. They are very passive agressive and they have some kind of obsession with acussing people of stealing for absolutely no reason. Would defenitely like to see friendlier staff in valleygirl.

Some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I only usually post good reviews, but I was so appalled by the customer service here that I felt I had to post a review. Not once did either staff member smile or greet my friend and I. One looked visibly annoyed that we had brought our children with us. Will never ever shop at this store again!

The female assistants in the Morley store are rude, arrogant and extremely condescending with no thought for the customer. Do not shop here . They smirk and think that customers are an inconvenience. As for trying to return a faulty item , forget it! You will be lucky to receive a credit, let alone a refund. Be warned, stay away from this store.!

The staff here should be embarrassed with how poor their customer service is. A whole area of tops marked down 50 percent with a red sticker on all of them, the rude woman with dark hair said no they are not 50 percent off! I pointed out the sticker clearly showing the markdown and the whole rack of them! All with sale stickers saying 50 percent off! She said they were wrongly marked and would not sell to me even though I pointed out legally that’s deceptive. I told her I will make a complaint, her response was go for it! Imagine talking and behaving in such a way in your job. Shameful. Maybe get another job if you hate it so much. Bad reflection on the company.

After an awful experience at the Mirrabokka store I came here hoping for better service but was disappointed (once again)

I came in today and experienced No customer service here at all

Not even a “Hello” after being in store for 20mins. It wasn’t just me but they didn’t speak to anyone (why?!)

Whilst I was being served the girl thought it was more appropriate to have a conversation with her colleague than acknowledge me. She didn’t even say good bye or thank you either instead gave me this smug look

I can’t comprehend how people can work in “customer service “ and not say hello

I’ve already emailed head office with my feedback

My wife attempted to swap a dress she bought two days ago at a different Valley-girl store for a different size. She had already been told at another store (Joondalup) there was stock at some other stores. While at the Joondalup store the button had also fallen off at the counter and the person there said “oh it’s actually faulty do you want a refund” instead my wife opted to just take it to another store to swap sizes which she was told was fine to do. Today we went in to the Morley store and my wife explained she wanted to swap it for the other size and she also pointed out the button to the cashier who jist indicated she needed to check with her manager. From that point on the extremely rude person who said she was the store manager essentially told my wife to shut up when she was trying to explain the story and said that she had to determine if it was a manufacturers fault before deciding if se could swap the dress out. Her tone and demeanour were rude and implying she believed we had damaged the dress. She began arguing with my wife who was trying to say that she wasn’t asking for a refund she simply wanted to swap it for the other size we had already taken off the rack. she just kept repeatedly saying she had to determine if it was a manufacturers fault and i then simply asked why it mattered because that made no sense from out perspective, whatever valley-girl classify this as a manufacturer fault or what is irrelevant she could have called Joondalup who would have confirmed the button she was so fixated on had indeed fallen off in store but even if it hadn’t it was a dress never worn and only just purchased. Because she kept going on about needing to confirm the manufacturing fault my wife then asked if she could hurry up with that process because by this point we were standing there for approx 15 - 20 mins. She then said my wife was being rude (she was at this point frustrated but not rude) and she told us she would not swap the dress and told us to leave. I remained for a few minutes calmly trying to ask her why she could not simply swap the dress for the correct size as per the store policy and she threatened to call security despite the fact there was nothing in my tone or mannerisms that would imply security would be required. We are absolutely appalled by this interaction but would like to add that the other Valley-girl stores my wife dealt with before and also immediately after when we went elsewhere and exchanged the dress in minutes were extremely nice to deal with, polite and respectful. Morley store needs to provide some training to this individual on how to deal with customers and that it’s never appropriate to tell a customer who is simply trying to explain something to shut up.

The worst service I have ever experienced in a store.

I work in retail and I would never in my LIFE imagine being so rude to customers.
The amount of people that have complained about being accused of stealing to the point of having to essentially strip just to prove that they haven’t stolen anything is appalling. It’s also ILLEGAL to force someone to strip in order to confirm they haven’t stolen.
I would be more understanding if it was a high end store, but it’s not, it’s Valley Girl.

It’s really not that difficult to ensure that all your staff have the ability to understand etiquette, and really, just basic human decency.

Extremely disappointing. Do better.

The service at this establishment is DISGUSTANG!!!! For the 2ND time in 2 MONTHS i was accused by the SAME PERSON for stealing!!!???? I don’t know how desperate the hiring manager of this store is but, the female worker that served me is nothing but rude, disrespectful and utterly unprofessional. This is the SECOND TIME i have left the store feeling greatly offended. The reason behind this false accusation was that, there was a QUOTE: “empty coat hanger in the change room”, i had only just exited, i then made the female worker aware of the appalling state in which ALL of the change rooms where in, INCLUDING mine and pointed out the 14 other empty coat hangers left in the change rooms adjacent to mine. As if the accusation alone wasn’t enough, she then decided to accuse me of wearing the ‘stolen item’ under the jumper i was wearing at the time and continued to harass me about it after i had told her 4 TIMES that it WAS NOT under my jumper. But that again just wasn’t enough proof for her so, i had to LIFT MY SHIRT UP in order to prove to her that the ‘nonexistent item of clothing’ was NOT hidden under my jumper. It was only then, when she saw that the only thing under my jumper was my BRA!!, that she believed me. After i had completely humiliated myself in front of every single person in the store
that was watching this whole ordeal with interest, i left the the clothes i had chosen to buy and practically speed walked out, barely holding back the tears in my eyes. To make matters worse, the worker failed to apologise after the incident, and simply rolled her eyes and continued her shift like nothing had happened.
As a person in the 20’s whom also works in retail, i know how hard it is to work long shifts for minimum wage, living pay check to pay check every week however, i would never have the audacity and up most disrespect, to make such a serious accusation, without any proper and reasonable grounds to do so, as i know it his ethically wrong and as a student student law at UWA i know that, Making a False Accusation is a criminal offence under Section 314 of the Crimes Act 1900, which carries a maximum penalty of 7 years in prison. i have also never had to write a bad review for any where in my 20 years of living, but i am writing this now to ensure that this NEVER happens to anyone else again.
i wouldn’t wish the humiliation and degradation that this worker made me feel upon anyone!
i hope this helps anyone thinking of going to this store!!
Have a safe and Merry Christmas everyone, and i wish you all the best!!!

Sorry my review is about the service received in this store .I did try and pass this on to the Manager but she is just too rude and obnoxious. I walked in the store asked for advice and was given such attitude in fact I was so shocked I did not know where this came from. I left the store tried to call and speak with the Manager and was told the rude person I dealt with was the Manager OMG she is obviously not very experienced when dealing with the public in the retail environment. Fast Future Brands Pty Ltd you should provide your Managers with training on how to deal with people. After leaving the store I consulted with many of my friends and family and they all agree that the questions I asked this Manager about size of the clothing in no way warranted her response. I don't know why I doubted myself as I worked in retail for 20 years and never took offence with a customer asking about the sizes of the clothing and never did I assume they wanted to know my size, what must they do with my size!!! I will put it down to inexperience as there was so many ways this question could have been answered instead of the rude response received from the Manager. If you feel like being abused and spoken down too by a child go to this store and ask about the sizes. Very bad customer experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth. if I could have given a 0 rating I would!!
