Great company to do business with. From prepurchase to end use the information and advice was spot on and no question was a bother or to hard. After our purchase of three tents we bought some add on accessories and it did not matter which of the team members I spoke to the service and advice was always first class. Good people to do business with, high integrity products backed up by quality service.

Great purchasing and delivery experience. The kids put the tent up the first time in about 30 mins, and we had it up for 3 weeks in some pretty extreme victorian coastal weather and it didnt miss a beat. I took it down by myself in about 30 mins too. Next time will be significantly faster, and suspect with 2 you could do in 10 mins. Seems to be super solid and of high quality - definately recommend.

Strongest/sturdiest tents around. Remind me of the tents that were used in girl scouts that had been ex army tents ;) Super easy to ensemble and can handle all conditions. Good air flow and not to bulky. Definitely recommend <3

Hi I have the bell tent rain cover fly layer I bought from phyclone tents. Water proofing works great and the fit is well, but all the loops that are attached to the bottom edge (where my guy ropes attach to) have all become unstitched. No rips just simply unstitched. I Have sent an email recommending them to please make more serious strong secure for future users.

Customer service was great prior to purchase but when my delivery was delayed, obtaining tracking details and having someone respond to my correspondence was virtually non-existent. It wasn’t until PayPal processed a refund that I finally received my tracking details and an accusation that I was trying to ‘rip them off’ by obtaining a refund for a product I hadn’t received weeks after ordering. The item was delivered and I canceled my refund but customer service (which included a business attempting to call me after 7pm) let the business down.

They did reach out to me regarding my feedback and even when I provided all my correspondence and attempts to contact them, all I received was ‘Thank you for taking the time to reply. Wishing you all the best’ so I don’t think they really wanted to rectify the situation and just cared about their first non-five star feedback
