Their techs turn up on time, do their task in a fair and reasonable time and even clean up after themselves! Leaky dishwasher no more!!

Good customer service is so hard to come by nowadays! Phil and team recently restored my faith in this area. From replying to my ‘frantic' text messages on Easter Monday, to offering advice, to putting together and delivering a reconditioned glass washer on time for our busy weekend! We use these guys regularly to service both our restaurants in leedy and Mt Lawley. They've always been punctual, professional and fair in their pricing. They also understand the needs of small business and have always helped us out when the timing of a repair is urgent and we are in a tight spot.

There is only one in Perth, that's Group Maintanance for commercial gear and service in the Hospitality industry. I have been using Group Maintenance since the late 1980's. The main reasons are four, that's Service, Readability, knowledge and value for money. They never disappoint. I would not trust anyone else in Perth. Keep up the great work.

Our dishwasher broke in the middle of a busy Friday. Phil and the team couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They got a part to us by express courier and it was fixed before 5pm!

Recently bought a secondhand dishwasher from them and I couldn't be happier. Phil and his team are very knowledgeable. Very friendly service and are always ready to help. They also supply dishwasher dispensers and detergent. Highly recommended.

Being a new business owner I called group maintenance to check over a glass washer I have. They came out the next day, looked it over and showed me it was broken. Within a week they had me a second hand unit better than the original. Great service and up front about costs etc. highly recommendable

This company go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Our school used them to fix our hot water urn and they were fantastic. I couldn't recommend them enough. Will definitely use again!

I don't normally write reviews but if someone is doing a good job it deserves to be shared, phill and his team group maintenance are always so helpful nothing is to much trouble and have got me out of trouble a few times with short notice,being a restauranteer that's what you need someone to rely on.
