Nicole at the Woodgrove store provides amazing customer service.

The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The staff member on yesterday 12th sept at 10.30 am shift was quite judmental, she was super friendly and mentioned the offer to another person in the store and just stared me down when I asked for help. Quite rude!

It sound frustrating when someone get accused of being fraud especially when you are trying to get help. This happened with me on 02.05.2024 around 2pm. I wasn't sure about return or exchage policy so i contacted customer service on 01.05.2024 and they told me to go to this store. I got email from novo(legit one) with instructions. I went to this store and what happened next was unacceptable. Staff accused me of being fraud, I showed her my emails i recieved from novo, i showed her the email address I got emails from, but she was ever rigid with her assumption. She works there and is not even sure about their company's email. No one should endure humiliation especially when one is just following instructions oe seeking assistance. Staff members should be knowledgeable about the company's website including customer service details. It's essential for them to be able to distinguish between legitimate communications and fraudulent ones to provide accurate assistance to customers. Training and ongoing education are crucial to ensure staff members are equipped to handle various situations effectively and professionally.

One of worst customer service staffs you can find in Australia, extremely rude. We waited for a long time in store for a help, only to be told to GET OUT!

If I could give a 0 I would. The most difficult shop I have ever dealt with!!!! Currently going through such an ordeal as they won't refund shoes where the gems are falling off. They have'nt even been worn. May aswell shop at Kmart.
